I ordered from Subway on Melbourne Rd North Geelong 8/11/2021. The food was OK, but I added a note for the menulog delivery driver to ring the door bell so I knew my food had arrived & for driver to lock the front gate behind him. I opened the door to pick up my food off the ground, I thanked the driver & he Asked me for MORE MONEY FOR RINGING THE DOIR BELL & RECLOSING THE GATE! He wanted $3 extra for ringing the door bell 3 times & $2 extra for. Closing the gate behind him! The bag my sandwich was in smelled like filthy body odour! Menulog delivery drivers are the worst! Subway just didn't care about the delivery process. Last time I ordered from Subway (same place), my sandwich took 2 hours to get to me! WORST SUBWAY PLACE IN GEELONG!

Although there were some glitches involved with the ordering process, the issue was resolved in a positive way. Thanks to Pearl. She was fabulous! She went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She contacted me and made several phone calls back and forth between store location and myself. Impressive. She was happy, apologetic and determined to make it right. And she did make it right. Delighted with her dedication to excellent customer service. Her ability to resolve the issue in a timely, conflict free manner is commendable. She made me feel encouraged and valued as a customer. Stress free solution. Appreciated Pearl! No problems with delivery driver. Food was still very warm. Order was correct, and nothing was missing. The presentation of my order was made and packed with care. It tasted fantastic! Great job team! Will definitely order from this KW location again!

Some of the best sandwich subs in the business! If you feel like eating quite a bit but don't want to feel heavy or overwhelmed with the guilty feeling you have after consuming fast food, Subway is the place to go!

First time going to this particular Subway's & I can't say anything good about their service or food. The person who waited on me was frustrated that I didn't go to the correct side of the line, though there was no sign indicating where I was to go, but after she corrected me, I could see she was busy training someone (this trainer could use some serious training of her own). I ordered a large 'hot italian'. The 'hot was sliced pepperoni (no capicola here, also no mortadella). I had said a large but she heard a small & started to put the deli meat on the half until I told her large and she went and grabbed the other half she cut and used both (no class). Also her idea of toasting a sub is putting it under a light and having the cheese melt (that's not toasting anything). I ate it home and there was something in there that just wasn't fresh-- maybe the lettuces or tomatoes, I don't know but I ended up feeding my trash can with most of it. This Subway's won't do well if it's not already obvious. The 'trainer' needs help, someone trained her poorly and she's training others to be just like her, and that includes leaving food out that is not kept fresh or replenished. I'll never go in there again. I also hope I don't get sick later from eating some of that God-forsaken sub she made for me. I used to love going to a Subway's--- elsewhere--- but since I moved here I have been trying to find places I can feel comfortable about going to whenever I want to grab a bite to eat after a long day out. This Subway's will never be my choice-- ever again! I deserve to get great customer service and even greater food that I entrust someone to fix for me. There are other nicer, courteous and better tasting sub shops around this neighborhood-- don't waste your time or money here!

I like your product and your convenient locations; However, I can no longer support a company which has a representative overtly supporting a Marxist organization on the world stage. Megan Rapinoe has demonstrated on the world stage that her primary focus is for a Marxist organization and not for the Olympic organization nor her country. Subway sponsors her & her support of the this Marxist organization. I'll vote with my wallet.

The lady that says she is the manager at the location at 3171 Amwiller in Doraville is RUDE NASTY EVIL MEAN! She tried the scrape things off the bread and reuse it right in front of me. I called here out on it and she threw the bread on the floor.

I love Subway but this was the most horrible order I've ever obtained at any Subway from anywhere. I've been buying from Subway since they opened their doors in 1969, when my youngest child was born, and in several different states, including Alabama, California, Illinois, Iowa, and now Georgia, and I've always loved their salads, so fresh and tasty, including and that's saying a lot! My son is now in his fifties and a chef cook who does not complain about other people's cooking because he says there are always extenuating circumstances that could prevent something from being exactly the way you intended.

But here recently, I've noticed a very marked change in the way the sandwiches are less than what is advertised, especially the tuna sandwich. When you see the Subway ad it shows a delicious looking tuna sandwich with real tuna showing atop the veggies. I tried one the other day. I ordered Ordered for pickup two footlongs and requested the advertised price of buy one get one half price, but had no code or other way to indicate the special price on the order. So, I asked when I picked it up. Cashier told me there was nothing he could do because order was already paid. I asked him can't they do a refund for the overcharge but his answer was a flat NO! I told the cashier while I was in the store that I will never order from them again.

But this review is not just about the treatment by the clerk but about the order itself. Two sandwiches cost $25 plus tax because double meat was requested on the meat sandwich, with added bacon, and and extra veggies but only one serving of meat was given and barely any veggies even though extra meat was paid for! Extra veggies were asked for on both the meat and the tuna sandwich but nothing extra was added to the sandwiches at all! Hardly any lettuce or onion on either sandwich. Requested no cutting but both sandwiches were cut in half. The bread old and the top was crumbling off. What lettuce was on my tuna sandwich was so little it was wilted just from being near the watery tuna tuna! I'd Requested no cutting but both sandwiches were cut in half. And my son even complained about the meat sandwich he bought. I was shocked.

Regarding the tuna: What I received was a far cry from what is advertised! The tuna looks like salmon, and it's smashed so into the bun that when you look at the sandwich you can't even tell what kind of sandwich it is unless you open it up and check under the veggies at the bottom where the tuna is smashed into the bread! I've included photos so you can see what I mean. And the taste? It's awful! It tastes like that cheap watered down tuna you can buy in the can, dressed up with vinegar and something other than mayo and any kind of veggies, egg or anything else! Thanks, but no thanks Subway. No more tuna sandwiches for me.

Soggy $#*! sub, need Fresher bread and ingredients. Subway used to be decent now its more money than going to a local sandwich shop

I get great service on my local subway, and the choice of options is pretty good. The produce is always fresh and the meat is also fresh. I will often order a salad made to order because of that fact. The morning flatbread breakfast flatbread range is something new for me, but if they extend those options, it will be fantastic. They started serving wraps a while ago, which cost a little bit more, but are well worth it. The price of the item can often get very steep depending on the sandwich option, but with some careful planning, a customer can get a very good meal with minimal costs.

I was going to only give 4 stars but decided on 5. They really are good and I have never received bad service, except for one time. I asked the employee to do something with my tomatoes which I can not remember but he basically through a fit. And it was something that he really should not have gotten mad about. But that was just an ignorant person which only happened one time years ago so I felt Subway still deserves a 5 star. You have plenty of choices of what to put on your sandwich and the employees are pretty much willing to add what you want with the extras that you want. If you want more mayo ask and they are happy to add more, if you want more lettuce ask and they will add it. So you end up with a real tasty sandwich.
