I used a coupn at Subway in Walmart Supercenter (******* Highway 441 South Commerce, GA *******) but they denied coupon saying that the coupon is not valid for my order(Sweet Teriyaki chicken) but valid for other type of meat. Even though coupon doesn't mention any subway type.
We placed an online order tonight for pickup at the Subway on Shawano Avenue in Green Bay, WI. We picked up the order and brought it home to eat. Once home we noticed one of the sandwiches was made incorrectly, to the point that my daughter would not eat it. We tried to call the Subway using the phone number on the top of the receipt, but received a recording that the number was not valid. We then tried to call other area Subways in hopes of getting a new phone number. We didn't get through; some didn't answer and some said their phone numbers were out of service/invalid. Why can you not get a Subway to answer or have valid phone numbers? I then drove back to the Subway we ordered from and received no polite greeting and no apology. The employees were not sanitary (one had long hair not pulled back and the other had no hat and blew his nose and put on his gloves, without washing his hands in between). I have never been so disgusted. I will never order from this Subway again and will tell everyone who asks how bad it was. Get your phones working, that is such bad business. Unacceptable!
Still waiting for $21.16 refund for order B751FBBD-ED unfulfilled May 6,2023, because Tyrone ((zip *******) store had no tuna, no provolone, no tomato, no onion. Called me but left no voice message or returnable phone number. Unable to reach store. Please refund. Definitely not coming to any Subway again. This is ridiculous. I'm disabled and unable to get to store in person to resolve this.
Now it's June 9 & no contact from Subway to resolve this
A paper check or gift card would be nice or at least a call or email that I can reply to a real person would be nice. This is ridiculous. I don't blame store employees, it's corporate's fault. No communication available to actual thinking person.

The employees called me to tell me they did not have a working toaster oven I requested they cancel my order no toaster oven it's not Subway. They actually put the order through like I received it. I had to put a fraudulent charge against the store in order to get my refund. I still haven't gotten my tokens back that I used. I contacted Subway corporate I did get an email from the DM and he never followed through on anything. Very dissatisfied with this store. And because they do not follow through I will let everybody know of my experience. If I operated my business the way they do theirs I would not have a business.
Independence, Ohio Subway location on Brecksville rd, you should avoid this location, if you want to use a coupon that Subway sends out in the mail, or if you want respectful service, never will I order anything from this location again.
Subway used to be a go to midweek dinner, when we tired of homemade. We frequented the Arvada outlets and frequently with coupons.
Bread has been consistently good but deli items have become sparse and greens tired. Customer service today was "We don't honor coupons" and "I'm on break, my coworker will be back at five."
My question to Doctors Associates: Why do you publish coupons if your franchisees won't honor them and don't they understand there are alternatives to Subway

When I went to the subway at Alfred Ontario I founded hair in my subway! It was a man that serve me! Plus I think he would need to put something over his beard because it's not appropriate that he works at a restaurant without it

Subway has veered towards placing cheap items to old menu items to scam to increase the price. This as example is the new meatballer which is just a scam of the old meatball marinara which was a $9 footlong combo to now being 16 by adding practically bologna on it which by the way makes this sub kind of gross now. But the increase in $6 for a slice of bologna most people want is just that a scam to increase the price by putting something cheap on it. On the contrary to literally sacrifice an hour out of your work pay for it isn't worth it. I advise not supporting any increased prices in food markets at all in generally.
My only complaint, is the Subway web site. I only want to look over their menu. It is not allowed. The site wants to know your location, ok fine. After that, still no access to any menu. I don't get it. O well.
I live in South county I've yet to find a St Louis area Subway to accept any coupons that are mailed to me or are online so all advertisements are all things that are available online or advertisements that are mailed to you in the St Louis area are completely useless
The chicken was aweful. The service was terrible. I wouldn't eat at another subway again. Used to be my favorite place.
DO NOT ORDER! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR $$$ & NOT GIVE YOU FOOD. This is twice now. My stupidity for thinking the first time was a fluke. I ordered online without issue. The money was taken out of my bank. I get there and they don't have the order they say. I show them on the app where I placed the order and that it was pending. They didn't care. Actual words were 'NOT MY PROBLEM'. Went to my account to show them the store number listed with the transaction. Just to find that they had taken the $$$ out twice. Still, not there problem. They told me to cancel it on the app. There is no place to do so.
I ask for the phone number to corporate and the district manager who was in store told me they do not have one. I ask him who he called when he had to speak with someone in corporate. He doesn't ever call them he says. Refused to refund me or make my order.
I immediately found corporate customer care # online. I did get a msg that they are moving customer care to online but I hit zero to transfer to an operator. Not much help.
The Customer Care Associate said it is up to each store whether to makey order or give me a refund. I explained how rude and that they would not. Her only solution was for me to go through my bank to dispute the transaction. In the last 30 years until Subway I have had to dispute one transaction. Now in just a couple of weeks I have had to dispute 4. I only ordered twice but was charged double both times.
I mean The store doesn't have much going for it anyway. With the exception of being in front of Walmart. It's nasty half the time, the tables the bathroom. That's why I don't need in the store. The workers were childish and very impressional in the way they acted in front of customers the few times I was in there before. But I don't have to deal with that if I ordered online. But they are thieves and I am sick of this contacting the better Business bureau and I won't stop.
If you want Subway here in Elizabethtown, go to the one that is it located at 809 East Dixie or the one that's on mulberry Street. Do not go to the one in front of Walmart.
It's ridiculous being promoted to leave a tip. It's fast food, it's Subway, and the person does absolutely nothing that remotely deserves a tip.
The cashier looks at you like your rude when you hit 0.00. Do you tip at McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Tacobell, or Chic Fil A? No, no you don't.
The best tip I could give would be get off your phone, get off the counter, be cleaner...
So I go to subway to get a 6" sandwich they put 3 pieces of meat on it literally my cheese was bigger than the meat if I wanted a Veg sandwich I would have ordered one it was bread and veggies and this pic from newspaper is false looks like more than 3 pieces I can buy bread Lunch meat and every thing else got around the same price as the sandwich
No more Firehouse subs. I will go back to my Subway. They get it right every time, the food has taste and the best sub I ever got from there was the rotisserie chicken. Yes, firehouse subs does need to close down. Firehouse subs does not represent 1st responders, They are a slap in the face to fireman. Maybe they ought to Hire retired firemen.
I ordered online at the Grove Park Lakeland, FL store. It was supposed to be ready for pick up at 1:55. Thought I had time to run an errand because I generally end up waiting on my food anyway. Well, I didn't get there until 3:00. My 12 year old went in to pick up the food and the woman at the counter said in a nasty tone "You're 2 hours late. Don't come back in here complaining that your food is cold". Then some woman in the back says loudly "WHY YOU LATE?!"
A.) We're not 2 hours late, 3 of the subs are BMTs and supposed to be cold. The 4th was a meatball sub and I ALWAYS have to heat it in the microwave at home anyway even though I live less than a mile from this Subway. B.) I don't know how that woman speaks to her poor kids but she has no reason to speak to mine like that. If she's got a problem it's with me. And as for the other woman it's no business of hers as to why we were late. The food was fine but the 60 seconds of "customer service" sucked.
If you go to the Subway in Natick, MA, make sure there is more than one person working because they want to put all the vegetables on your sub before they put it in to toast the bun...my husband & me have eaten at a lot of Subway restaurants when we were on vacation down south since Wendy's wouldn't let you eat inside but all the Subways we had gone to, had always welcomed you inside to eat your meal...we used a Subway gift card today but carried out since we live in the next town and ate our subs at home.
After watching a late night commercial about the new lineup at Subway, I thought I would take a look at their web page and see what their menu looked like. I haven't been to a subway in a long time so I was very curious about changes. I was very disappointed to find that the only way I could look at the menu was if I was going to place an order. And since it was late at night, no stores were open so it was impossible to see their menu. Even more insulting is when I tried to leave feedback to help them improve their web page, I could not even do that. You have to have a receipt from a purchase in order to contact them about any of the topics. Why even have a category for help with web page experience if I have to make a purchase first? For all you know I cannot navigate your web page so that I can even place an order. But you obviously do not care about improving your customer base because you will only accept comments from people that have already made a purchase at Subway. If it is non business hours and you are trying to decide if Subway would be a good place to grab some lunch don't bother to consider Subway. You won't get any information about their menu from the web page. Find another sub place that lets customers see their information 24/7.
The last few times I have ordered have been dismal disappointments! I don't recall ordering vegetable/vegan sandwiches YET that's all that's there in the sandwiches! A paltry serving of meat. I literally was able to count the last pieces of chicken in my six inch sandwich "4" pieces! SO what did I pay for? This is consumer theft! Pay the same or more and get less! I really liked the subway sandwich but at this rate NO MORE! Sick of being robbed left and right! Consumer is constantly getting shafted!
