The subs are ok, but can you get rid of the commercials with football players. This doesn't help you at all, nobody cares about football players, these fools already make more money than they are worth. Your commercials just suck with these idiots that think they are God's cause they play football.
Lexington, SC. I placed an order thru the app. I was about 10 minutes early. All 3 of the employees were rude and said, "Nothing we can do for you, you'll just have to wait." I told them to cancel it because I didn't have time to wait, showed them the order on my app, and they refused to even make it early. I went right over to Publix and got an even better sub. This is why I don't bother with Subway, and definitely never will again.
It's like I'm trying to snipe a drop that is going to be sold out in the next 5 seconds. Accessing any information on the website is almost impossible since nothing works. Can you increase your server budget? It feels like the maximum capacity is 3 users at a time and the servers are located in the Bermuda Triangle.
I like Subway but disappointed that you can not order online for pick up.

My husband and I order a sub online only to receive a call from the Subway to tell us that they are out of Turkey. We asked for a refund and he stated that they can't give refunds from the mobile app. So, we asked for a different meat and he told us that he couldn't because it would be a different price. You can't give me a refund and you also can't give me a different meat even though it's Subway's fault that you have no Turkey. I contacted them online and of course I still have not received a response. Subway got $7.55 of my money and I received no sub. It's not the point of the amount of money spent. It's the fact that Subway doesn't even care to get in contact with customers that they have wronged. Franchise or not it's your Subway name and you guys need to do better.
Wife is vegetarian. Ordered her a I izza sub with meat on the side. It was placed on the sandwich anyway. Mibe wss the ham sub; couldn't taste any ham so o I ened up sandwich and found 4 triangles of ham so thin yiu could see through them. Did the survey and called customer service 2 weeks ago. Have heard nothing. We're done with Subway!
I have notice every time I order on the app I never get everything I ordered and anytime I call to complain they do anything about it I asked for heavy teriyaki sauce, but all I got was chipotle and light mayo, even though I asked for regular mayo
I often enjoy subways, yet the one in Fruita seems to allow the staff to enjoy vape breaks quite often. I was waiting in the car for a friend while they ordered, in the ten minutes I was there I saw two employees outside vaping twice! I know breaks are allowed but when you leave "responsible teens" as managers it seems that rules aren't always enforced.

Purchased a 6" Garlic Roast sub from their subway series. Advertise twice meat, cheese etc. What I got was less than what you usually get on subs
Almost done checking out my 3 foot longs and they cancelled let a customer cut in line ahead of me then tried to overcharge me on a second round. Unacceptable! Corporate will not answer my complaint. I figure Subway just doesn't care about customers or service any more.
Your pickle and pepper supplier is selling you horrible products that they get a mark down on from the farmers because the product is so awful and they charge you full price. They sell you molded rotten vegetables. Hausbeck pickle company is there name.
I used to be a big subway fan for years, but after this incident I went through I am no longer a subway fan. I've ordered from my local subway a few times and it was usually good until the last time. I paid for extra meat and they didn't gave me a regular amount. Sandwich was made horrible and skimpy. They also gave me expired chips. I reached out to subway several times just to get ignored besides the 1 email I got from the manager of the one near me just said to call them and we can discuss a refund.I shouldn't have to call I should of just got a refund and an apology. I reached back out to the mananger and they ignored me. I also reached back out to subway themselves and they ignored me each time. Since Subway themselves didn't care to help me or refund me as well as the manager of my local subway, I will no longer order from Subway again. They have a problem with giving refunds, they ignore you and don't care how you feel, and they have gotten skimpy with their meat/toppings and charging more.
Reached out to them THREE times and they never responded! I uploaded my receipt and told them about my experience at my local subway I'm not happy and I want a refund. I got expired chips and they didn't put double meat on my sandwich like I paid for. The manager reached out only saying sorry and to call to "discuss" about a refund. That's bs. I shouldn't have to call and subway themselves should respond to me and give me a refund. Since my local store and subway themselves wanted to be like this and not give me a refund I'm done with subway.
I went to the Subway location at 300 to come see road East. I believe it's store 207 Windsor Ontario. Unfortunately, they were very, very rude to me. The gentleman who served me tried to keep my change and refused to give it to me until I got upset when I called to make a complaint. The manager Jessica basically just told me. Oh, sorry, we're human, we make mistakes. Trying to keep my money is not a mistake. It was purposely done I will never. Go to another Subway around here again. And I wish I could prove my purchase. But they did not give me a receipt either. This is the worst service I've ever had..
My wife and I went to Walmart and her blood sugar was low so i suggested a six inch sub. She ordered roast beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I was shocked at the price of $7.99 plus tax of.56 cents. $8.55 for a 6 inch sub! That price is about double what it should be. October 12,2023 is officially the last time we ever eat a Subway sandwich. Never again.
Didn't get anything right from my order, From the bread to everything that was on each sandwich very disappointing don't think I will be back.
I tried to place an order while walking to the Subway at 19 W Main St, Madison WI, but it was acting up. (The order was placed but never actually said so.) When I got to the store they told me they had order for me… the idiot at the cash register flipped the screen to show me he had no order… yeah, he let me try to read a list of current orders written upside down and in reverse.
Once the guys preparing orders had decided I had no order (it totaled $50!?) they just ignored me, and waited on everyone else as if I no longer existed. They just ignored the old woman using a walker to get around!
I walked around and got at the end of the line AGAIN and ordered my sandwiches… the guys fixing sandwiches were all Spanish-speaking and had trouble understanding me so the one "waiting" on me just walked away and went to the back and sent an speaking-English guy up to wait on me.
He got my order made, and literally grabbed a handful of napkins and shoved the wad of paper into my bag… they were more like non-useable trash than useable-napkins. Wadded up and shoved into my $50 lunch order.
Was I mistreated because I was old and disabled? Or do they treat all of their customers like "trash"? I do know I won't go back there, and it's the only Subway that I can get in to, as the next nearest one is in a basement accessible only by stairs so I can't get to it.
It is so disappointing to go to subway anymore,I remember when they had stamps and boom quick redemption.Now they show ad after ad about bogo.Look subway yer customers are not dumbasses.You show bogo forever,now have event to buy several sandwiches and now it's conveniently not available. Bogo is buy one get one,but with you it's what day it is.I can't tell you how many times I have walked out and left food behind.Went into local wally and you had buy 2 get one free.They made my sands up and said$25,no I said it's buy 2 get third free.Oh we don't know nothing bout dat,the said.Instead of honoring the commercial they let me walk in wally and I bought 3 subs brought home and loaded up and boom 3 sands loaded at home for$15 way to go Wally.Quit jerking peoples $#*! or promising to and then change yer mind and the rules.You better stop this crap or people will count on you to being liars and bait andswitchers and yer parking lot will be where you can land a chopper.All yer customers are not all fools,one day you are going to need some integrity.My friends have exsperienced the same thing and just walked out,yer staff doesn't offer a solution and yer app is hit and miss.You better get a truthful program or folks are not going to patronize a hit and miss.I am astounded yer staff has no clue to specials,commercials,or making a bad situation better.Myself and others walk out of yer restaurant planning on eating there or food purchase and leaving empty handed and bewidered!
Food is decent. And when actually visiting the store, folks are nice and service good.
My issue is with their online ordering system, app and customer support.
Ordering via their website is ridiculous. I've tried Firefox, Edge and Chrome, all with the same issues.
Two primary problems:
1. I place an order online and am brought right back to my cart, which still has the items I ordered in it. Payment processes but no actual order is issued. I've tried this at least a dozen times with different browsers mentioned above, at different times, etc., all with the same result. Upshot: I can no longer place an online order. It seems that their payment system will, in a day or so, automatically refund the charge. How thoughtful.
2. This is an older issue: The system will randomly edit my order, removing items from my sub, chips, whatever. I don't find out until I receive my order. I'm charged for what they sent me, but it's still not what I ordered.
3. Subway's support is non-existent. After sending more than 6 requests for support, I received no response. Zippo, nada. I spoke with an area manager but that didn't change anything or help.
I used to think Subway was pretty cool--I'm vegetarian and it's nice to be able to get a decent veggie sub, but I'm kinda done with this outfit. They clearly don't care about their customers.
So we should be ashamed of itself bad bad advertisement both advertisement, One get one free does not exist can't find a SUBWAY® to offer it. Bad terrible false advertisement
