Went in with Family (children) and staff at Canning Vale Subway next to Livingston shopping. I was in the line waiting to be served the staff started to serve me and half way decided to leave my sandwich which came out of the oven and decided to serve the person behind me and I was waiting patiently and then I decided to ask the girl who was serving me if she is going to continue to go-ahead with my order but the other staff member went of at me, and told me to be patient and I replied I have been patient enough and she told me I can leave and told me to (F Off). I had my Young kids with me who was very disturbed seeing what happened.Will never ever go there again or recommend any one to that place.

Awful

I don't know who could write anything good about this company. The pictures of the food is totally false. We had the Philly cheese steak and it was more bread then steak. We had extra cheese that you could not find. There was barely any steak and the taste was so bad after 2 bites, I threw it out. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Tuna Sub

It used to be that when you ordered a tuna sub they gave you a generous portion of tuna. NOT ANY MORE! They have a smaller spoon now and they paint it on the bread! Drives me crazy. All the Subway shops do it. Give us some damn tuna!

AWFUL… if u listen to me about anything in life please let it be this… I don't know if they are short staffed but they only serve ONE car at a time… I sat in that drive thru for 45 min 20 of it was waiting for them to even take my order… then the worker were soooooo rude. I definitely do not recommend going there

Rude Customer Service

The Anderson, S. C. location off of 28 by pass has the WORST customer service I have EVER seen before. As a Restaurant Manager myself, I am floored by this so called Manager. The DT cashier asked for me to wait a moment, np. As O waited for over 7 minutes I hear him continuing to help 1 customer after another. So I walked in with my daughter still waiting at the DT. I was correct, and as I watched 2 other employees just standing around, I asked who the Manager was. One of the girls quickly snapped, I AM. I said is there anyway you could help the DT cashier as we have been waiting as I have watched 4 other people come inside after I was asked to wait, and he is waiting on them first. She fired back, NO YOU HAVEN'T, AND NO I CANT, SO HAVE A GOOD DAY. What disrespectful management, I will NEVER go back there! This customer is lost, and I recommend to no one I know.

The Subway on Hicone road has the worst customer service. I've been twice, and both times my order was wrong. The first time i ordered a meatball sub that comes as is, and for some reason it had ranch on it. My husband hates ranch so I went back to get it fixed. When I went through the drive thru the lady had air pods in and just shook her head "yes" that she could fix it. Today I went and I asked for no cheese on my daughters sub, and it had cheese on it. She is allergic to dairy, and ate half of it before we realized, so thanks for that. There is no please and thank you's. They acted like I was an inconvenience to them. They really hate their job!

Tastless and bland

In the last year or two, since Subway changed their meats, we have found that all of the subs are now very bland tasting. The only flavors in the subs are the vegetables and the sauces. We used to eat there about once a week but now we only go to a Subway when there is no othe choice and we have to eat.

Don't buy Cold Combo

I just bought this. The 3 cold cuts were supposed to be made of chicken, but looked like baloney and certainly didn't taste like the any of the cold cuts mentioned. There were more olives than some of the other better vegetables. It was disgusting! I always like Subway so I'm shocked by this.

Food has gone downhill. Lots of bread, no stuff between. They can afford athletes
To advertise for them (most are hard to even understand). Mush mouth. Bring back higher quality food, then I'll be back.

I find it amazing that each time I go to subway the sub price goes up and the product quality and quantity goes down. The subs have very little substance and are now very skinny. There are a lot of other choices.

Unprofessional and disrespectful

Placed online order. Veggie sub only allowed one cheese selection. Called store, requested all cheeses and they denied request. Told me I had to make another order. Asked to place that other order. Told me they were too busy to take order. I asked what their name was. They hung up. Had my daughter call back to make sure they cancelled my order because my app said that I picked it up. They said yes. Two to three days to see the money back.My daughter asked their name and their managers name and they hung up on is a second time. For fifteen minutes oir drive all the way to that store they just wouldn't answer their phone. Completely ignoring us all together. We get there and there's at least three employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Lobby empty and no customers there eating. I took a video of the rude and disrespectful person running the show. Guy with the pink hair. Very snappy. Seemed.to be a controlling individual. I asked why he did what he did. Hang up on customers and then ignore them completely all together. He then stayed I was rude and disrespectful. He and I both know I wasn't but I'm sure the other people only know what he's stating aloud. So after i questioned him and he claims to have cancelled my order that my app says I picked up I then requested to place an order. I was told no and that they reserve the right to refuse service to anybody. I know this is true so i just turn and walk away. Through our entire conversation he refused to tell me his name or his managers name. This was absolutely the worst customer Service i have ever come across at any Subway. The way they were all just openly hanging out, the way pink hair lied and said i was rude and disrespectful over the phone, the way pink hair lied and said he was too busy to take my order he said i had to place to get a sub how I wanted and worst of all how he continuously hung up on me and my daughter and then completely ignoring the phone all together. This person does not belong as a lead or dealing with customers on a professional level

Very Very Rude

695 Eastern Avenue Malden Ma *******, SUBWAY Store, the Guy over there is very very rude when i was pickup my order. It seems that the Guy just arrived from out of the country.
This happened last 1655 Hrs Sept. 10,2022.
Strongly suggest no to go back in the that store

I have been trying to get a refund for less than $20 for 5 days. The store won't answer the phone, so I went there. They can't give a refund even though the charge transaction is under Subway. I called Doordash and they got no response from Subway either. I have sent many requests for a refund or any help. Today I called the corporate offices and nobody answered, ever. Their customer service is non-existent.
I have no photos, or proof of purchase because I never got the order.

Continuous Decline

Over the past few years, I've visited Subway mostly because they were in convenient locations but I've never been crazy about them. The last time I was in WalMart, Bryan Texas, I knew that would be the last time. They were really skimpy on ingredients and the cost was crazy high. Definitely no value. I walked out of there knowing that I'll never eat at a Subway again. There are a lot of much better subway shops out there.

I ordered a melt from the Spring Arbor Rd, Mi store. Apparently on half of my sandwich they felt I didn't need bread(1:13 pm on August 26,2022).

At 5pm. They only had white bread and white flat bread. They the young lady comes up front playing with her hair. She doesn't wash her hands and puts gloves on. We visit this subway at least 1 week. Very dissatisfied. So went somewhere else.

So Subway has implemented new subs listed with toppings they suggest you put on the specialty sub. I eat at Subway every single day went in today ordered the All American club. The lady informed me if I did not want the lettuce tomato and onion and pickle that there would be an additional charge for the bacon because I'm requesting different toppings. I informed her that I do not like tomato she said I could leave it off but then I would like to have green peppers I could not add anything unless I paid an additional charge I will never ever ever eat at Subway again # I will go to Publix

On the 30 th of July, we visited Subway, across from the Walmart on Carlisle NE. We used to app to order with a coupon "buy 2 get 1 free". We were excited to try the new menu. Unfortunately we arrived to pick up order, and only 2 subs were in order. When we asked about the coupon sent via app, we were told the. Upon was not applied, and there was nothing they could do about. A very aggressive, rude employee, Jeremiah, repeatedly stated they were not doing anything to rectify this situation. We asked them to call the mgr, whose name is "Queen". To which Jeremiah stated, "I can't wait until "Queen is going to OWN you". He was laughing and acting like a bully. We spoke to mgr and she said there was nothing they could do. We asked for another sandwich, a refund, something, but got only rude push back. We contacted Subway with our complaints as well. We didn't take the two sandwiches that were prepared because that was not our order. Don't go to this Subway, or use app, unless you want to be ripped off, abused, and mistreated.
