Arrived at designated time to pick up order fir my son's graduation open house. No order. No refund. No free delivery to venue site after they promised refund and delivery. Called to inquire about order delivery just prior guests arriving. They said they had decided that they could not do this. Had to drive clear back across town to pick up food. No apologies given.

Advertising coupons

The local subway on Best does not take coupons anymore, I bought a wrap ( which was not covered on coupon and I knew that) they did inform me that they stopped taking coupons though ( I did I not present one but I did ask about coupons. I looked it up and they do advertise coupons in a local advertisement that if you bring in they will not accept. Bummer, don't think I want to go there because of that. Didn't save receipt. Doesn't matter. The wrap was soggy when I got home. Live 10 min away. Will not go back again. Couldn't see through glass to see what dressings I could have. I thought it was distortion. No, not clean. Ick!

Very disappointed

Very disappointed That was a very horrible sandwich no meat I paid for bread got two slices of pepperoni one have salami and a slice of provolone a little bit of lettuce and one slice of red onion and there was no oil and vinegar on it talking about the subway Hillside New Jersey I am totally disgusted never got it again I feel robbed I really feel like I was robbed of that sandwich it was a bread they didn't even put the oil and vinegar on it taken

I was a huge fan went to Subway at least twice a week for your sweet onion teriyaki sandwich. You ruined the sandwich with this refresh crap I will never go to Subway again because of it. The sweet onion teriyaki sauce is ruined. Why would you change a sauce that worked. Keep the sweet onion teriyaki sauce the way it used to be.

Teriyaki sub

First of all I customer service was bad lady tried to argue with me about not having Swiss cheese Location 645 N. Murray Blvd Colorado Springs I was very unhappy with my sub sandwich it only had 4 little pieces of meat I didn't realize they didn't put much meat on the sub Plus she forgot to put my cheese on it I paid a total of $9.16 I got chips & a cookie for this I didn't check the sub until I got home I should have returned it but I was just tired and hungry I guess it' was my fault I should've been watching her put the sub together I was feeling disappointed

Never coming back to the Subway on Standiford/McHenry (or possibly not any Subway at this point, they're all stingy on meat portions, bread is smaller and prices higher). The manager at this particular Subway, who is hard to understand between her thick accent and plexiglass wall/mask made me wait through a few customers because the gift card SHE gave me two days before didn't work, she also refused to take a coupon she said expired (most fast food places still take those) I said for the trouble of making me wait she should at least take the coupon and she refused so I asked for my money back on the gift card she messed up and told her I'm not coming back. I also couldn't help but notice she is hiring people of her ethnicity... same as Pollo L0co... preferential racial hiring shouldn't be allowed especially with fast food chains; does Affirmative Action only apply to white business owners? **The comment from a few people about the same manager yelling at a Latina employee (no longer there) several months back I also witnessed. Apparently she is only hiring people of Indian descent now. She should be reported to the BBB.

About six weeks ago, I visited my local Subway. According to the hours displayed in the window at the store, it was supposed to be open. But it was completely closed and dark inside.

So, I contacted Subway's "digital" customer service (you can't talk to a live person) about this matter. Well, even though I got an automated e-mail receipt, no representative ever contacted me--even after six weeks!

Apparently their "customer service" is permanently out to lunch.

Subway does not have "Meat" all their so called "Meat" is processed Turkey.
Don't go there! It really is just a Big Scam! If you order online, when you get there your sandwich will be wrapped and you won't get what you ordered.

4 weeks after the Ukrainian invasion, only a handful of companies still do business with Russia. Subway supports Russia and won't stop doing business with them. Maybe you should consider not doing business with Subway

Horrible Subway

I going to Subway the ingredients like the does not look fresh. The meat portions are horrible. And the bread is soggy. We've done a few party trays with Subway and wasn't very happy. Then someone turned us on to Firehouse subs and that made a difference. Now we only order from Firehouse subs they give better meat better ingredients better bread cheaper around it's a very pleasant experience. Maybe I'll order from Firehouse subs for catering purposes we always let them know it's on subway no more and that it's Firehouse subs and people seem to be very happy with it. I personally would never go back to Subway rubbish garbage

Got coupons for subway the first of March that are good until the end of March and they wouldn't honar them. If they aren't going to honar them they should at least make them like the picture, with a little meat. This was in there Churubusco, Indiana store and I told them they just lost a customer as I will never go back.

Every location I go to near me says they do not have it. We have 5 locations near me and not one Carries it! How are they supposed to advertise it being the healthier choice but not put something out there for people who can't have gluten? Select locations my $#*!

Been in contact via email several times with no response from Subway headquarters in regards to my issues in regards to catering and tokens. It's very unfortunate that Subway corporate does not value their customers to not even acknowledge or respond to a customer concern.

I bougth a meatball sand witch and when i bit it it cut my toung off i opened my buger and there was a knife. They would not put my tonge is the trash they made me eat it. It was better then my buger. I am tramatized.

I have decommissioned several of these businesses and the lobbies are always fairly clean but the back house and under the counters are always completely nasty one time I took down the pop machine it had mold on the inside of the ice trays you could not pay me to eat that stuff even if it is different now which I don't believe it is the damage is already been done for me I can never eat a Subway ever again nor would I recommend anyone else too, just gross.
