Their subs have gotten nasty. They only put 2 slices of roast beef on my daughters sub. She ordered very lite jalapeños and they loaded it. My meatball tasted burnt and they had no motzerrella cheese. The bread on both our subs was so stale we couldn't hardly chew it. I now know why firehouse subs is doing so much better. Their subs are totally fresh and delicious.
The quantity of meat on the sub are not enough buns are stale, just went to Jersey Mike's fresh rolls tons of meat one of the best hoagies I've ever ate Subway needs to close take my advice go to Jersey Mike's you won't be disappointed
I ordered online. My meats were placed by a server with orange hair but the remaining part of my order was done by a VERY RUDE skinny girl with green hair. She did not acknowledge me just started literally tossing ingredients on my order. I asked if she was alright. I asked for her name after pointing out a heaped glob of mustard when I indicated "less" when ordering. She did nothing to try to fix this error ( not even apologize) just continued throwing things onto the sub. As for responding when I asked for her name she said "ain't got to tell you nothing". I asked the other server she said she didn't know she just works with her. As the green hair girl was wrapping my subs she one handedly gave no support. Ingredient were falling out… bread was tearing up… customers behind me commenting about how "young people want pay but don't want to work" and how sloppy it was. I asked for a bowl to put the sub into because it was more of a salad by that point! She got mad and says "I didn't ask you to put all that stuff on there. That ain't my fault" I called the police for a report. The police suggested getting a refund. When I asked for the refund, the green haired girl initially stated she wasn't doing it. The orange haired girl said she didn't know how. I suggested calling someone to find out. The green haired girl then came over and said I know how to do it. She asked for my receipt (which I took pictures of prior to giving her). She opened the register and gave me money. I never signed anything to indicate a refund. My order number is D5DF4B52-96.
This was the absolute WORST EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN.
Best because of her Customer service, always in early, teaching ability, knowledge of whole Restaurant, being able to be left alone, many yrs of service she no doubt needs a substantial wage increase soon especially if she has been given already recently. Hopeful this company will not lose her.
My husband pick 3 subs and I was very dissatisfied!The bread was old they didn't have any bags,flies was everywhere.I promptly called there and was told by then manager that I wasn't getting a refund and she would remake the subs.No ma'me I didn't want another one.She said she didn't give a D... because that was her last day there and hung up in my face
That was July 29th.Wrote corporate and was told I would receive e my refund.Will not respond at all now

I specifically ask for the chicken and bacon to be cooked well done and they NEVER do it! I order It online and always put the same instructions! The managers do not care about the issue and just say ok we will talk to the employees! Never changes! The pic is of very undercooked bacon!
Ordering directly on Subway website is horrible. We attempted to place an order after work so we can pick up and go home. We were 30 mins away from the pick up location and made it to the store before i could complete the order. Every click i made took almost 10 seconds to respond and i even checked my service to see if it was my lagging but my 5g was working as fast as usual. Maybe it's a server issue? Hopefully it can get fixed. The location itself was great and thankfully fast.
First of all, the employees were $#*!ed. When asked if I wanted dressing, I said "mayo". They interpreted this as "NO" and started cutting the sub. Next, I was charged an extra $4 for double the meat when the item I purchased from the series menu did not apply to that; the employees simply did not communicate properly with each other. I absolutely overpaid for this "series" item when I simply could of had it built from scratch and paid less. This whole series promotion is nothing but an indicator of what absolute scumbags Subway has become.
The Subway sub rolls taste like old hot dog buns without flavor or texture!
Subway needs to bake their rolls like a Italian sub roll.

I observed excellent customer service with great quality of food. Staff greet really good and provide proper information about new subway series sandwiches, that I tried and was scrumptious. & trust me, everyone should enjoy such kind of food.
Subway Apple Valley Bear Valley Rd. Today's date is7/26/23 at 6:30 I went to Subway by Staterbrothers and Jack in the box. I walked in and the girl said no meats to make a sandwich and out of breads lol. How in the heck does this Subway stay in business. I did a review a couple months ago and that review that I wrote wasn't good either. I had to give this Subway a one star to do a review. Don't deserve a one star at all. They should just shut this Subway down period. Not even meatballs what a joke.
I went to the Subway in Frackville, PA a few days ago and ordered a turkey sub. The adds say fresh sliced, and there was a meat slicer, but the turkey, as well as several other lunch meats, were already sliced in the pan... Jersey Mikes slices fresh to order.
We visited subway in howell today, our server was the nicest lady i have ever met, and the food was delicious, the service was amazing. Thank you to all subway workers! ALSO always be kind. For those of you look down on subway, think again..

Your sandwiches are halfway decent but they're not worth the money that you charge and the fact that you put these jocks on your advertisements saying that these sandwiches are so good and the best thing they ever ate do you think people are dumb enough to believe these guys when they're getting paid to say that you're just as bad as a lot of other advertisements just because you put a jock on there we're supposed to think the sandwiches is out of this world man get real and your sandwiches aren't worth $14 I can go to a buffet and eat all I want for 14 bucks

I stopped into my local subway and bought a 6" roast beef sub. Just the sandwich which cost me $10.00. I went to open it to eat. Picture of sandwich. Unbelievable! I asked for extra meat. This is what I got for my money
As an older gentleman and not too savvy with using cell phone apps, I was able to download the Subway app, but no success at ordering online for the "Buy 1 foot long and get the 2nd free". I gave up and figured I would just have to pay for two. When I walked into the Spanish Springs, Sparks Nevada store, it was after lunch rush and slow. As I was ordering my sandwiches, I mentioned to the employee ( Himani Cory) that I couldn't figure out the online order special. So she took the time with me, since there were no other customers in the store at the time, to help me do the online order on my phone. She was extremally nice and took the time to make it happen. Himani went out of her way, to take the time to help a customer above and beyond. Thanks Himani and I wish more employees were like you! Thanks again.
