Update: The tracking record showed that my package was returned to the sender( a CA address), however the tracking status has not been updated since 7/27/2016, maybe it was lost on the way. I contacted stywe to let them refund me but they did not reply. Stylewe had mistaken my shipping address and why should I suffer this lost? Please refund me!

I checked the tracking information, and the status showed Delivery Exception and was sent to another place. I contacted the usps customer service and asked her whether the shipping address is my home, and she said the address is not correct. She said she will help me contact the local usps office and will come back to me. Clearly, several days past and I got no response. I do not want to waste my time on this anymore! I have been waiting for this like a month.
Please refund me!

Regarding this issue, you can call USPS to arrange a pick up now, or you can wait till this order is returned to our U.S. A address and we can pass your correct address to them and ask them to deliver your package to a new address.

You truly do feature some beautiful dresses. And yes, I have a need for a new dress. So, I ordered one. Finally received it (shipping was not immediate; that part took two whole weeks), and here's the problem: The dress has a rounded neckline, with a keyhole opening in the back that closes with a button. Even with the button unbuttoned, I cannot get the dress over my head! There is no zipper whatsoever and no additional buttons down the back (or front).
And, you don't include a return form inside your package to make returns easy. You have to log onto your website (provided you can remember which password you used when you placed your first order), look up your order, and fill out a form requesting return authorization. Then your customer service rep takes two more days to get back to you, and... wait for it... asks you to take a picture of the dress where you think the problem is and send that to them so they can consider what solution is best! I just want to send it back, get my refund credited, and go shopping elsewhere.
So, now I'm sad because the dream dress won't even go over my head, and I'm frustrated because of the customer service experience. And you really do have some very unusual, very beautiful styles, and I most likely would have ordered from you again in spite of my first disappointment... if only your return process were easier to navigate.

I bought something, I didn't want to keep it, I contacted StyleWe by e-mail, I got a prompt response (offering a credit AND keep the item, or return for credit), I elected refund, I received a return label (with a California address), I returned the item, and two days after it was delivered in CA, I received a refund. So--everything went really well!

I was looking for a nice elegant mini dress to wear at parties, and price was important to me. So I came across this cute black dress at sylewe that I fell in love with as soon as I saw it. I was a little worried about my summer outfits, specially talking about swimwears but fortunately I found the perfect one here. Ive ordered some clothes before and I have never been disappointed with stylewe. Since I love casual and fresh style, I bought several t-shirts for the season. All made from great materials (cotton blend) and with printed designs. Ordering, shipping and delivery were easy and with no problems, I know they have quality services. Now I think Im getting a pair of casual shorts as well.

I ordered a dress that came with a couple defects in the lace. I had difficulty connecting with them and trying to return the item at first... they finally came around and issued me store credit and told me to keep the original item. The dress I ordered was really cute and I think ran true to size... so ended up having a positive experience overall.

I ordered a medium sized coat from Stylewe. When the coat arrived I could not even close the buttons. I returned it and because it was past the 30 day mark I was told that I would get a full credit of $99. When I ordered the coat I used a email address that is no longer valid. Stylewe creates your account based on the email address you provide and any credit is sent to that address. Since I no longer have access to this email address and I cannot use it to place another order with them, Stylewe will not issued the credit because they claim that they cannot transfer a credit to my new email address. THIS IS A SCAM! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I saw an absolutely gorgeous dress in an online ad, jumped to order it, then googled reviews for the company and got scared! Fortunately my experience was not as bad as some people's seem to have been.

1. Shipping Time: I ordered my dress on July 7, it was shipped on July 12 and I received it on July 20, which is within the range of what the site claims.

2. Quality: The print and overall design are as beautiful as in the pictures, and it hangs well and looks great on. The material (thin polyester) and stitching are not the finest, but not having a lot of money (at $82 this is actually at the high end of what I'd ever spend on a dress; it would probably be more fairly priced in the $40-60 range) I'm not accustomed to the best quality, so it didn't disappoint me as it might some. My one real complaint is that there's a front slit that goes all the way to the waist, which is not in the description or clear from the pictures, so I'll either have to pin it or wear it with a half-slip to avoid flashing the office. But it's so pretty that I'm even okay with that.

3. Size: This is the biggest danger area - it's obviously sized for tiny Chinese ladies! I normally wear a U.S. size 4-6, which is almost always a small, but I was fortunately cautious and ordered a medium... and even that is snug. (The measurements listed on the site are NOT accurate; my waist is 27" and the waist of a medium for this design is listed as 29.5, which is at least 2 inches more than it actually is!) It happens to work okay because I have an hourglass shape and the waist is the only really fitted part of the dress, but in the future I'll go with a large. So this is not a store for plus-sized or even average-sized women, and even if you're slim, but have curves, be careful with the sizes and cuts you order... assume that the actual measurements are 2-3" smaller than listed on the site.

Even with all these caveats, I will probably buy more from Stylewe... there are just so many wonderful designs that are so much prettier and more unique than you typically find for less than hundreds of dollars, even if the quality is not what you'd get in Macy's.

Please buyers beware: do NOT order from stylewe. Yes, their stuff looks cute, but their business practices are shady to say the least. First, it took more than a month to receive my order, which was 2 dresses. After receiving them, they did not fit, and I sent them back. It has been over a month, and still no refund. I emailed them to inquire, and they are asking for a tracking slip, which I included in the return parcel. They also are requesting a "picture of the return package by email." I did not take a picture of the package. StyleWe runs an unethical company, and I do not recommend anyone buying from them.

Update 7/22/16: I received a full refund from StyleWe after writing this review. But it took writing a terrible review for them to take me seriously. I would still proceed with caution if you plan to buy from them. Be aware that the return process could get ugly.

I ordered an $80 dress that doesn't even deserve to be at a thrift store. It came already damaged, had no shape, and felt like crepe paper.
I have been emailing and chatting with them (no phone contact is available) for a week trying to return the dress for a refund. In terrible English, they tell me they require photos in order to accept and process the return. That is ridiculous. But I did it anyway. Now they are trying to haggle with me. I quote:
"Sorry that you are not satisfied with the item, we are very sorry for it.
Could you pls fix it locally?
We would be apreciated if you can keep the item(s) and we will offer 20% refund as compensation, which will be better for both of us.
Or we can offer 30% store credit, as a valued customer, we would like you to keep the item(s) as part of your compensation.
Store credit can only be used for purchase at StyleWe online store and cannot be redeemed for cash"

This is absolutely unacceptable business practice. I am appalled. I just want the money back that I paid for this piece of junk they sent me.

Hey, I bought a beautiful and quirky dress on the 3rd of July for my girlfriend. It was for a $139.00 and it was delivered to me within a week's time, which was really amazing! Superbly designed, high material quality as well as sparkling colour accents and my girl was really amazed with it. The dress fits her perfectly and she was really impressed with how it all turned out in the end. All eyes were on her as we walked towards our dinner-date reservations, ravish and mesmerizingly graceful. Honestly, I was a little unsure of ordering from this place in the beginning, as I had only heard about this from a friend.
