I placed an order for a red dress to wear to my welcome reception. At first, I must admit that I was skeptical having been scammed before. But, I tried it anyway. I ordered three items. One item was not available, so I received a refund for that item. My red dress was delivered, I tried it on and it fit nicely. I was very pleased. I'm waiting on my other dress which is delayed due to DHL, but I'm confident that it will be just as beautiful. I have about 10 other items sitting in my cart. I plan to place the order of the dress I'm waiting on is ok. So, I'm happy and I wouldn't call it a scam. A word of advise for sizing. Take a minute to look at the sizing chart. Not all designers sizes are created equal and not all smalls are created equal. I normally a medium, but had to order a large because of the dimensions noted in the sizing chart.
Wow stylewe have the best quality of dresses at reasonable prices. It is very easy to choose the best dresses from the huge collection. I ordered a Black Paneled Lace Half Sleeve Jumpsuit it fit perfectly like it was really made for me.
Ordered a piece, but it was just that little bit too small, contacted customer support, they said return it and we'll send a size larger. A week later it arrived, fits well, couldn't be happier.
Really great. Their are a lots of designs and color variations to choose the right dress for my friend to gift her and exactly I got the right thing for her. I really amazed with their nicely designed products. They communicated with me quickly and all the steps were easy to follow. Their website is also well-designed, clean, professional and really easy to buy products from them. They delivered the product to me within the time. So I recommend everyone to buy from them. They are really great.

Now I have over $400 of product I do not want which they will not take back because I missed the 30 day cut off, which I did not miss except for their lack of response. Still working on it. Still looking for a phone #. Would be happy to recommend them if the had better customer service. If you notice, every response is the same. Incorrect grammar and spelling all over website should tell you that all of this business is happening in China, and they do not have qualified English speaking people to help with customer service to English speakers. I will be plastering this all over Facebook if not resolved.
I ordered multiple dresses from Stylewe and they emailed me that the shipment was delayed, but they didn't say how long or when to expect it. No biggie, except the tracking number they gave me had no info about what company it was shipped with, so tracking it was impossible. I tried pasting the # into all the major carriers tracking systems and found nothing. Finally after getting frustrated I "live chatted" with their robot / rude person on their site who sent me mostly pre-written responses and acted like they didnt care about this issue. They gave me the name of some random shipping company I didnt recognize, who would carry it and then switch it to another carrier. Totally weird. The order finally arrived pretty late, I didnt like any of the items (too small, low quality, itchy) and when I submitted a request to return them I was told I had to send photos first (?) and then ship them back to Romania -- and pay for it myself! I didnt buy a dress from Romania, WHY ON EARTH should I have to pay to ship it back there? Horrible customer service, horrible system.

My shopping experience was exceptional.
After placing my order I was contacted immediately of my order, even one of the item was not available I was asked to choose another item or amount would be credited back. Because of the service I wanted to order another dress. I am especially impressed with attention to detail of customer service representative that kept open line communication

I have a prior posting about failed advertising (silk coat arrives and is made of polyester). Here what to do if you is sits on trying this company.
1. Buy using PayPal
2. DO NOT GO TO COMPANY FOR RETURN! DO NOT ACCEPT STORE CREDIT.
3. File your complaint through PayPal. They resolved in my favor in 7 days. I wasted two weeks with Stylewe and their auto response system.

I placed an order, was charged immediately, then NOTHING. I waited a week and had to contact the company myself only to be told that the item was out of stock. If I had not contacted them, they likely would have never said anything, as they simply want your money.
I am now working to get a refund but continue to receive excuses from Customer Service that they cannot cancel my order or process my refund. The "financial department" has to do that but they aren't in right now.
Based on other reviews here, I see I am not alone. Has anyone ever gotten a refund from them? I would like to know if I should continue to fight or if I should kiss my money goodbye?

This review is to help several others who might be skeptical about ordering from StyleWe just like I was at first due to the numbers of negative reviews. I had to take the chance and ordered my wedding dress and honeymoon swimwear even when friends were against it but to my amazement the dresses delivered were just want I wanted; slick and tender on my skin, the wedding dress.

Buyer beware. I purchased a dress and swimsuits, none of which fit. When I initiated a return request, I was e-mailed and told "sorry to tell you but..." with a screen shot of the return policy stating swimsuits are not returnable. I have e-mailed again about the dress with no response. What a scam. Terrible customer service. Read the fine print.

This is the first time I bought a dress for my girlfriend from stylewe. I'm confused because of many variety dress design. I read details of the dress one by one and ask to my friend what is the most comfortable clothes fabric then I found a desired dress. I look at the price, and its ok for me. For a first time on this site, I bought one, for a test. Ok finally I got that dress delivered to my house. Nice dress, just same as my expectation. Delivered in time, so that my girlfriend does not have to use the old dress to go to the party. My girlfriend was happy when using these dress. Thanks stylewe.
I had great customer service in returning a dress that didn't fit. They communicated with me quickly, and the steps were easy to follow. I was frankly surprised, but that's what happened!
I must say I was pleasantly surprised. My first order consisted of 4 items, two of which did not fit. I was going to return them but StyleWe offered an option where I keep the items and they would credit my account. I agreed and the credit was in my account immediately! I then ordered another two items and I loved them. Once I found the designer I liked I was completely satisfied. Items are unique which is what I like.
Do not order from them! They have products that are from foreign countries and you have to return it there. They don't let you know on the website which items are not returnable in the USA. I ordered a skirt for $75 and it was $40 to ship it back to Russia! Had I known I wouldn't have ordered it! Do not buy from there - or at least check out in advance where it has to be returned before purchasing.
Majority of our designers’ products will be returned to our US RETURN CENTER. But some of the designers we work with are from other countries, once there are returns of their items, you need to ship back to their located countries by postal shipping.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
Answer: My two pieces were crazy, too long, too small in shoulder And bust, And sleeves were way too tight- Better stay away- not worth the hazel. The garmets are nothing like the images!
Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. Even in American sewing patterns I'm a 14 that gives you an idea of how off American clothes are

I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away. Do not waste your money with this company.
