My sons bought me a dress for Christmas, I have never worn it because I got it so late in January and then I live in Florida and it doesn't look right, I mean it is my right size it only does not fit. I gave it a try with another dress, I have not worn either because it looks differently from the one in the picture, the material looks cheap. I want to return both, no receipts though, if there is a way to do it and have something else, maybe a size bigger, because I figured out it doesn't fit a normal U.S. size.
I sent multiple requests to ask for the returning labels and address for returning items, still have not received it. Very slow of responding, it seems they are using an auto responding system on their "Chat" function. Very disappointed.

I was looking for a stylish present for my girlfriend and this is how I ended up at Stylewe.com. I quickly found a beautiful dress for her, the right size was available and placed my order. Even though, there are quite a lot of not so positive reviews, my order arrived on time and I managed to make a great surprise for my girlfriend! She truly enjoyed her present and now without doubt this is one of her most favourite dresses. Thank you Stylewe.com for making my special occasion, truly unique.
I ordered a dress. The material was like medical gauze. I returned the dress, after getting an approval form/code. No word on refund. I emailed the customer service rep, and no response. I really want my money back on this.

I bought a dress June 18, it was shipped June 21. Arrived within 7 days (June 28). Great right? But crap, missed that thing about the sizes running small. So I sent it back for exchange, receiving a credit to my account which I used to purchase another dress and paid for express shipping as this is for a trip. I placed order for the new dress July 1st. As of today, the order still sits in "processing" status. I have contacted sylewe 3 times now and still get the same "2-5 days for processing". Who is responding? Bots? No one can give me an update and my flight leaves July 12.
The first dress was beautiful, well made and lovely, and if I could remove a few ribs, I would have kept it. I have no issue with their product, but their customer service, processing times, and communication is the worst.

I was initially hesitant to order clothes online but I was really looking for a jumpsuit and the best design I found is in StyleWe. So I took the chance and ordered one. My package arrived just on time. I am very satisfied! The fit is good and the fabric feels so nice. My friends said it looks flattering on me. I will definitely place order again. I bought a blouse from them for $99.00. It is a total piece of garbage. The quality of the fabric is like tissue paper and the size is waaaaay off. The sleeves are so narrow that you can't even begin to get your arm in and there is no way it would ever fit an average American woman. Perhaps a size 1 tiny Asian woman or a 10 year old, but never an average size woman. I sent nine emails attempting to find an address of where to return it and get a refund and never got a single response. I begged them over and over to respond and every message was totally ignored. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. Stay away from these fraudmeisters. Worst customer service ever. Can't understand why they're still on the internet.

I bought several dresses from StyleWe and although I chose the wrong sizes they went out of the way to fix the problem. The dresses were shipped quickly, gorgeous and very good quality. I just bought four more dresses and can't wait to receive them.
I ordered 3 items. They are cheaply made and much flimsier than the pictures. I ordered XL and when I tried them on, they fit me like a US 6-8. I immediately re-packaged them and started trying to return them.
There is no phone # anywhere... they don't have one! You can't ask them for help processing a return. I finally figured out how to email them (this wasn't easy either). They replied several days later saying there was "a button to the right of my order"... This button doesn't exist. More emails. More delayed responses. You can't just send it back.
I finally got a label emailed to me (not easy), and sent it back. I haven't heard a thing. So I emailed them yet again. They say I have to email them the UPS code! ( It's on the UPS label-duh!)
I did that and am still waiting... I am so fuming mad. I will NEVER order from a company that I've never heard of again- even if I have to pay double or triple.

Most of these Oriental companies do not care what you think or how they treat you. I had to learn the hard way. I have lost so much money taking chances on their websites. I am a retailer trying to buy wholesale. Won't fall for their false advertisements anymore!

This is just one of the great platforms to do shopping for any lady. I am so impressed by their clothing and accessories. Very recently I bought a red floral dress to match with a hand bag and accessories. The quality is what drives me always to this place, with a reasonable pricing with discounts. The order arrived on time and had a perfect fit.

Stylewe has responded and apologized for the lack of response. Evidently they had an internal glich that has now been fixed. Their apology was very prompt, polite and sincere. It was also appreciated by me! In addition, the ordered dress has arrived and is as expected.
I wrote a review a couple days ago because Stylewe did not provide a valid tracking number for an order and they failed to respond to my inquiries other than to acknowledge receipt of my email. I have now received the package and the product is as expected. Also, once I posted a negative review, I was immediately contacted by Stylewe to get issue resolved and take down negative post.
Although as said, the item is as expected, the lack of response is unacceptable. Also, they simply provided a cite to put in the tracking number of the package. That information did not solve the problem. I had already sent 3 emails detailing my attempts to try different cites to find what service they used but the tracking number did not work in any of them. Know that I have the package, I can see that it is because they did not provide the proper tracking number.

I bought shirt dress from stylewe yesterday for my wife. Excellent really!
I recently saw someone review Open Sky on here confusing them with stylewe.com -- Stylewe is a fashion website that works with independent clothing designers giving them a platform to display and sell their clothing. It is high quality at a good price. They have great customer service, allow for returns and exchanges and lastly and most importantly, have NOTHING to do with opensky.com! They are two completely different companies! I bought a beautiful green silk floral dress from them a few weeks ago along with a few other dresses. I'm very happy with everything I bought and would buy from them again! The other review said there was no place for her to opt out of emails. Stylewe hardly ever sends out emails and they don't spam. Open sky on the other hand is a nightmare. If anyone here has bought from Open Sky and run into trouble, it is imperative they file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Open Sky and Vista Shops who still remain one of their prime vendors have a D- BBB rating. There's a reason why!
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
Answer: My two pieces were crazy, too long, too small in shoulder And bust, And sleeves were way too tight- Better stay away- not worth the hazel. The garmets are nothing like the images!
Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. Even in American sewing patterns I'm a 14 that gives you an idea of how off American clothes are

I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away. Do not waste your money with this company.
