It's really tough choices whether to order or not to order after seeing many bad reviews, but i decide to order it anyway. And I'd like to help fellas out there who hesitate to buy stylewe great product, yes i said 'great' because i'm really satisfied by them right now. I know it's hard to believe it, but i'm sure you will find something after reading this review.
So about the shipping, the deal is "Free shipping for any order over 60$" well that was a plus point, but it's "free" will that be good? I was ready to take the consequence but when the order arrives they surprised me by really paying to the details, you know it's a professional job when they care about the details, so the bag arrive with no problem at all. But i'm a bit disappointed you know, because it arrive so fast that i must hide it to surprise my wife ;).
And that's it, i waste all my time just to write all of this not because of nothing. So don't hesitate buddy, if you still then try it, because the ratio is 1/2 which is "good" or "bad". If it's good, then i'm glad to help you. If it's bad, well human make mistake and there's always a second chance, if it's still happen then it's appropriate to leave a bad review.
A doll sized tunic, beautiful, but nothing like american sizes. And I have been waiting since May 7 for my refund. They alternate between telling me my order is 60 days old, and that I will receive my refund in 3 days. A complete and utter failure of a business. These automated responses are useless and I want my money back.

Please beware. The quality is a joke. I bought dress for an event and it looked like homemade experiment using tissue paper. Customer service only wanted to issue store credit. After finally agreeing to refund, I sent dress and now they are refusing to issue refund. Serious fraud.

I got the order and am excited to wear the clothes. If it had not been their exceptional customer service, I would have been anxious and the order may not have arrived prior to the ship leaving. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND ON 3 DRESSES since May 14 and it is now June 29 and I have made zero progress. They received the dresses back and acknowledged it only because I had the tracking #. They told me at first they didn't have it. THEY SEND EMAILS AND TELL ME THEY REFUNDED BUT CANNOT TELL ME THE AMOUNT OF THE REFUND OR WHERE THEY PUT THE REFUND. The product quality is poor; nothing like the pretty photos online. The sizing is all messed up, product comes to fit a little girl. Every item I ordered had to be returned. Even if it had fit, it was not what was portrayed. Others say the same thing.
There is no phone number to speak to anyone and as often as you ask them to call, they will not. I am trying to save you a hardship. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I literally have 23 emails back and forth and they are just playing with me. They have no desire to return my money. Save your own. If by some miracle they actually return my money, I promise to update this rating. Right now, if I could give 0 stars, that is what they earn.
One more thing, if you start to read those 5 star reviews, you will see they are actually not real reviews. The company used people to write them. They all come in spurts and the talk is like a blogger, not real people who purchase. Not believable. I wish I had read reviews before I trusted to order. I would have saved money and time.
UPDATE ON 7. 10. 16 - Stylewe posted here that the refund took place. No it didn't. They cannot tell me where they supposedly refunded the money, to a particular card ending in... I have checked every possible card and there is no refund. Someone asked about their quality... I know the photos are amazing and I wish I had a company that really produced such pretty things, but the quality is shockingly poor. When you get the product you wonder how they did the photo. If they spent half the time working on quality the way they do on marketing, they could earn return customers. Unfortunately, I can only warn to stay away. They still have my money and the quality was so bad, I would never order again.
Upon checking, the refund had sent to you, the transaction ID of the refund was sent to by the private massage, pls check it.
FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.

What I got was NOT what I ordered... Was supposed to be pink... flowers are red... supposed to be large... couldn't even get it on. More appropriately small! Totally useless.

I received my dress yesterday and it was stunning! I cannot wait to wear it for my brother's wedding! The dress is exquisitely sewn and the beading/embroidery are very well done.
I have to admit, after the order, I was worried reading some of the viciously negative reviews I found. However, I had the opposite experience- immediate email after I placed the order, email to say my item shipped, email that item was delayed (by 1 day!) then another one to say it was on the way with tracking number.
The one caveat, I would highly suggest very carefully looking at their sizing and reading all the description. I have found size estimates from Chinese manufacturers run very conservatively. I'm 5'5 and 125lbs. I am in between a true size 4 and 6. Depending on the styling, I order a M or L. My daughter is a true size 8 and she is XL. So the sizing is much more limited for typical American sizes.

I purchased 4 dresses for upscale events and was VERY pleased with my purchases. I received so many compliments or all of the dresses that really stood out in a sea of same ol same ol. The dresses were of high quality and very well constructed. These dresses would be found in upscale boutiques and department stores at 3 to 4 times their prices. The only thing to be aware of is sizing as not all sizing is global - if they have your size buy the dress. I was very impressed and extremely happy with my experience.

The clothes arrived and the fitting wasn't right. I tried to return and after about 5 requests via email for a return label I finally received it. I sent it back 2 day shipping at my expense and still no refund in my acct. Buyer Beware!

I ordered a dress and it was exactly the same as described. The size and quality was awesome. On time delivery. I will definitely recommend StyleWe to all my friends.
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
