I ordered a dress that was supposed to be 95% cotton. If this dress is 95% cotton, I'll eat it. It's made of some sleazy polyester fabric. Their site says returns are easy, as long as the tags are still on, with original packaging, etc. This is not the case. Having to return this dress has required endless back and forth emails with these people, who ask me to send them a picture of the dress. Why? You have my order number, you know what dress I'm trying to return. You need a picture of your own inventory? Just send me the information and let me send it back. No, they won't let me.
I'm always reluctant to order clothes online, especially from a company like this, because it's rarely as depicted. I've learned my lesson. As soon as I FINALLY am able to return this garment, I am avoiding this company like the plague and I will make sure every friend I have who has "liked" their page on Facebook, knows to stay away. From now on, I'm sticking to reputable companies.

Took too long to arrive. I ordered 3 dresses, all of which were made by a child laborer. I've never seen a more pathetic company who can actually get away with advertising a wonderful website with great styles and then to be soooooo disappointed at the quality and workmanship. There are no words to describe this company. Stay Away and DON'T waste your money. I already did. The shipment came from CA but the clothes were made in CHINA.

I ordered a dress that took over a month to arrive (after the event I had hoped to wear it). Furthermore, it did not fit. (Very unusual since the size I normally wear always fits.) I returned the dress and have been waiting and waiting for the refund. I have the tracking information that it was received and signed for. I tried the online chat, and the person hung up on my before answering my questions. I tried 3 more times thinking we were just accidentally cut off. No luck. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company. The dresses may look pretty, but it's not worth it.

This is the most fraudulent site ever! I ordered two dresses for $70 which is not cheap by any measure. I was told a 20% discount will be added to my first app order. First, that never happened! Second, the item shipped way too late and when I complained that it won't reach on time for my trip, the customer service said they could do nothing about it. Thirdly, the large size was a bust size 37". I am 36" but it still so so tight I can barely breathe! The size charts are also not accurate. Lastly, they say there is a return option in the order section. I cannot find it on the app and now I have to pay return shipping. With so many great clothing options in the US with easy returns, I will never shop from a China store again! Never! I have learnt my lesson.

This was my first order from Stylewe. The dress I ordered is lovely and well made. However, it does not fit well for my body. I have twice requested an authorization for return without a response. When I wrote to customer service I did get a prompt response stating that the request would be processed immediately, but after three days, there has been no response. Although the quality of the dress is not an issue, I will not order again from Stylewe because of the inability to return an item that does not fit.

This was the first time I've shopped at StyleWe and it definitely won't be my last. The customer service is fantastic. They are very genuine, patient and polite and responded to my questions quickly and thoroughly via email. I screwed up my online order and they resolved the issue right on the spot as well. I was worried that the sizing wouldn't be accurate, but the dress I ordered fit perfectly and looks fantastic on! I also ordered a couple of pairs of pants, but they were way too short. I have long legs, but thought they would fit according to the size chart recommendations. However, I didn't realize that the pants were high-waisted which changed the measurements. My own fault. The return policy is easy and quick so I don't mind taking these chances!
I ordered a dress and it was 4"in the bust smaller than the site said. I am still waiting for a refund and I had to pay to ship it back. They sent me a second dress which I also paid for and guess what it is the exact same size as the one that I returned. This company does not have sizes it is one size fits all and you have to pull teeth and give bad reviews for them to do anything about it. I am now out $169 and I am furious.
I get tons of e mails saying that they will fix it but so far they have sent me 2 dresses none of them are even close to the sizes that their site claims and I have been refunded ZIP.
DO not order from theses people it is a scam.
Update: Their customer service agent left this sweet little note on this review. LOL funny because I have sent him the order number and pictures many many times. Don't fall for the agent posting deceivingly helpful comments on these reviews, they will not refund your purchase.

Update: I did manage to get them to refund and they also refunded the shipping but I had to go to work, I had to leave daily comments on their FB page and remind them that my willingness to make sure that people did not do business with them was costing them way more money than it would have cost for them to just refund the original purchase and the shipping. We need to stand up to these out of country marketers and demand that they be shut down or practice appropriate advertising and customer service.

I ordered a dress which did not fit. I wrote an email and someone named Tiffany told me to log in. I could not log in due to the password issue. I tried to change the password but it says to log in through Facebook. I tried that process but it asked to change my password. I received an email immediately from FACEBOOK saying that someone is trying to change my Facebook password. Odd to say the least! I still have not heard back from Tiffany. I will contact FACEBOOK and authorities soon if I do not hear from the company in 24 hours.

I'd love to take the store credit, as the items were beautiful... but since placing the order I've had to contact customer service every step of the process: First to follow-up as to why my order was shown "processing" for a week or more, only after contacting StyleWe did it get processed to ship; second, when said items arrived, beautiful as they were, all were extremely small; after filling out return information on line I waited another 4 days for return instructions, only to have them 'miraculously" sent AFTER contacting customer service again, the THIRD time. I have been a voracious online shopper for many years, and have never had to jump through so many hoops for an order. I understand the orders come from different designers and are shipped overseas, but when I tracked my package from China to Japan to Alaska and then Back to Japan... I have to wonder at the efficiency of the company I'm spending my hard-earned discretionary income on. And seriously? I return items occasionally and have NEVER had to scan and send proof of doing so. I also shop at Gilt, HauteLook, Sundance, Garnet Hill, Zulily, Nordstroms... I do not recommend.

I bought a dress with a long duster to wear to a wedding. The dress was billed as a silk/linen blend. It was not - even the tag inside the dress said 100% polyester. The dress was small for size - I measured myself carefully and ordered the correct size from the size chart. Nope. But - it works ok with the duster over it, except the duster, while it fit nicely through the body, has sleeves that seemed as though they were from a dress 3 sizes smaller - could not even raise my arms. I took the sleeves apart, and the armholes, and used some of the seam allowance to ease it out. Now I can at least raise my arms part way. The shipping took a while - if they say 10-14 business days - its 14. Overall, although I like the look of the dresses on the site, I would probably not order from Stylewe again.

Don't trust their return policy. When I requested to return two dresses that did not fit, they claimed it had been more than 30 days since I received the items, but it hadn't! ( I have the shipping email). Now they're simply not responding to my emails. Also, they don't say when item will be delivered when you place the order. In my case it took weeks. I'd hope to take the dresses I ordered on vacation but they arrived too late. They arrived while I was gone and I came home just in time to try them on and realize that they didn't fit before the "return" window closed, so i submitted my request to return the items in a timely fashion, but they said it was too late. I'm out $145 for two dresses I will never wear. Also, they had sent the email saying I didn't qualify for a return to a different email address of mine from the one they emailed me at the last time i requested a return, so I didn't see it for a week, and their entire customer service is just terrible.

I am writing to tell you about stylewe. I ordered two dresses in July and never recived them. That was a loss of $144.00. I blamed sitewe for my loss and discovered that the dresses had been stolen from my postal box. I was at that time, feeling hopeless over my loss. I was contacted by Sitewe who told me that they felt compassion for my loss, and were going to make my dresses again and that they were going to send them to me. They did, and I tell you they were all they said they would be. The dresses were beautiful, the fabric was exceptional and well-made. Stiching well done and beautiful fabric. The dress fit me well. I'm going to feel so fancy when I wear it. Style we, you are going to be my favorite dress shop. I preparing to order again.

I had ordered a red dress several months ago and it did not fit. I contacted the company and they offered to refund my money or get a credit and keep the dress which I cannot wear. I like a lot of their stuff so I decided to get the credit. I just received a dress that is great. It is like a shirt dress in white with flowers interspersed, not too many, very simple dress with 3/4 sleeves and a button down collar. It is a bit long but it is the midi dress. I will wear it with a belt and it'll look great. Also, 100% cotton so it will shrink in wash which is ok. The size was M and fits every where else. I am 5.4 and 130lbs. Great dress when you live in a warm climate. Everything was professionally handled and great customer service.
Looking the awesome dresses they have in the web got me very excited. I live in Miami and need light and colorful garments, so I ordered my size and got a tiny little one. I exchanged for 2 sizes larger. For the price, the cloths are ok. But, make sure you read carefully the measures of each garment because the returning process is a real pain the behind!. Even thou the styles are cute and modern, this company is still living in the stone era when returns/exchanges are needed.
Per your concern, pls note the items are differ from designers and styles, so, you are kindly suggested you to see the measurement but not just referring to the US size. Hope your exchange order can fit.
Update #2: Although their return process is cumbersome, necessitating emailing them a picture of the return label/package to prove it's on its way, etc., I did return the dress and I did promptly get an advice from PayPal that my money had been returned. While I'm sorry that it took posting a negative review on social media (not my style) to get their attention, I will say that once I got their attention they responded very promptly and appropriately.
Update: StyleWe contacted me shortly after posting this review with a return shipping label and instructions for sending back the dress. Appreciate the response, and will update/remove the review when I actually get my money back.
Original review: Hate the dress I ordered. Return process involves securing an authorization code which neither their website nor "chat" consultant was able to provide. Keep saying "check back in a couple of days" or "no one is available to help you right now". I'm guessing that since I've passed the 30-day window for returns they'll now say I can't send it back, but I can't reach anyone to even get that unacceptable answer. Please be VERY sure you're going to like what you order. I unfortunately have to give them at least one star. Would love to give 0.

I loved the styles at StyleWe and ordered a cute red dress for my 40th wedding anniversary (at least it was cute on the model) However, it didn't work out for me. The fabric quality was nice and the style was very cute, just not on me! I received the dress in a very timely manner and in good condition. Since it did not work out for me, I returned it. However I didn't see the refund in my checking account and was concerned. I contacted StyleWe by email and got an immediate response from a person by the name of Tiffany. She walked me through the process and followed up on my order which had now been returned over 60 days. She was in daily contact with me until it was resolved. Well, I discovered that I had ordered it through PayPal instead of my checking account and my refunded had been posted promptly after the dress was returned after all. I was/am a bit embarrassed to say the least! I would not hesitate to order from StyleWe again. My experience was great, even though this particular dress did not work out. Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
