Dirty refund games
August 12, 2016

I had to ship back severily delayed order. Sent them tracking number. I received one emailed stating that i would get refund within a week and then another email from stylewe:
As I checked, you had filed a complaint through PayPal and the payment was reversed.
We can't refund you on our behalf. Please contact PayPal to close the dispute and then we can send the payment to you.
We will try to work with them as well.

After reading all bad refund reviews about Stylewe and not seeing refund in my account, i called paypal customer service. Stylewe was not truthfull in their email: paypal did not reverse payment. They were just trying to get me to close my stylewe- paypal case. Would they refund if i closed complaint- very questionable.
Now paypal will be working on my behalf and case will be closed when i receive my refund.

Lesson learned. I spent lots of time trying to get my money back. Still will have to wait.

II will never trust sites like stylewe ever again. Will shop only with reputable sites who value their customers and reviews will be seriously checked.

Two thumbs down.

Yes I was so excited about my elcetion. Took a long time to arrived. Both items were not sized for my body shape. Customer service was okay. Helpful. But on my second time of oredering, I was disappointed again. Two thumbs down. Fine for bodies like models.

You will pay return shipping even when garment is too flawed to wear - And it will take weeks of emails (more than 30 emails in this transaction) even to get that.Be prepared for multiple renditions of "policies" which are much more important that sending customers quality products or offering free return labels or reimbursing charges.

Sadly I wrote a review for StyleWe on sitejabber after trying on my own to return a dress, with no luck, StyleWe wrote me about the review. Now they have stated they will give me a refund but only if I remove my review about poor customer service.
I love the idea of Stylewe and commend all the designers. But due to the extremely poor customer service. I recommend everyone stay away. I was sent the wrong size and can only get my money back if I remove a review about poor customer service. #CompleteFail

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Ordered a 2 piece dress and only received 1 piece. Could not get anyone to help me - just kept getting the "customer service" chat box person saying to take a picture of the problem. They could not understand that I couldn't take a pic of something that was missing! The piece I received is completely sheer so it is unwearable. I should have read th reviews before I ordered, I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION.

The very first thing any company doing business in the US needs to do is to hire someone who speaks and writes english correctly. If any foreigners are reading this, beware that ALL Americans can spot a foreigner on any website. Very hard to fake/learn the colloquialisms Americans use. StyleWe has pretty clothes and I ordered a dress to see. The shoulder had holes where a seamstress tore out the stitches. This is simply unacceptable. Also the sizing is very OFF. I am a size 8 and ordered a Large and the dress was very big. The return was a complete hassle and waste of time. Stay away from StyleWe.
I actually took their email, edited it for them(I am a lawyer) and sent it back to them to help them understand how they were not using the english language properly. It is the height of arrogance to assume one can speak english like a native speaker.
Also I still have not received the whole order. It has been two weeks since the order was placed. Still waiting for the second dress to arrive.

I'm not an online shopper but when I came cross Stylewe website I found their designs totally different from what you see in stores. So I decided to give it a shot and I ordered 2 dresses.
I received my orders yesterday and I have to say I absolutely love my dresses

Wrong size

I typically run very true to size M and a size 8/10 and this medium midi dress was so small it seemed like it was three sizes too small. Very disappointed! The dress was beautiful, but it if does not fit, what good is it!

CHEATERS

They gave me the $65 dollar refund after many days of trouble in getting the label. Now they have the dress back but again they have reneged on the credit and charged pay pal again for the $65 THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT ORDER Their products are defective, too small and they have horrible customer service. THEY ARE CHEATERS. SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF HASSLE no matter how pretty their pictures are its not worth it for the product if it does not fit and if the quality of the merchandise is poor. STAY AWAY AND ORDER FROM REPUTABLE COMPANIES.

Terrible Fabrics

It was too good to be true. The quality of the fabrics is terrible - uncomfortable, does not breath, and remains wrinkled regardless of attempts to smooth fabric. The customer service is poor, as well. I attempted to return my garments several times with no luck. They got me! I'm stuck with these since I can't return them. Would not recommend and will never buy from them again.

This site might be an OK place to shop if you are a Size 6 (US) or smaller. I am a size 8-10 and ordered several items in L and XL, based on StyleWe's size chart. No item fit. In addition, I found the fabric of most items to feel cheap and uncomfortable.

So, I had to spend a small fortune to return everything. And the return process is a huge hassle. But, I will say they responded quickly after I posted my original, annoyed review here.

If you're looking for interesting fashion, you can do much better elsewhere.

I ORDERED 2 DRESSES. ONE OF 100% SILK. Well, that's the first kind of silk I have ever come across... stiff and plastic feeling. The second dress had unfinished, unhemmed sleeves and neck. Both were unravelling with stray threads. I contacted the company for return address and they asked me to send photos... no address was supplied. So now I will contact the c card co. And report this scam. And fight for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS CO. You will be wasting your money. Also I had to wait over four weeks from payment before I received the dresses.

I've used StyleWe and Haute Look for my online shopping recently, and StyleWe has such great, personal customer service - very communicative, very quick refund option, plus other excellent return options if you choose to keep the clothes. Plus the clothes are unique and beautiful - the styles are not what you typically see in the stores, which I like. Haute Look could learn a thing or two about customer service from the StyleWe folks!

I found a cute dress online and was happy to see that it came in sizes up to 3x. I typically wear a 2x, but decided to get the 3x so it would be roomy and fit. I couldn't even pull the dress onto my arm. My mother, who wears a size 10-12, tried it on. It fit her perfectly. If they don't want to provide plus sizes, they shouldn't advertise and label their clothing as plus sized.

I love this dress!

I finally got an email from *******@paypal.com confirming the refund of the purchase but not the cost of shipping it back. This is not the company that I want to do business with. The time and effort that I spent just to request the return label is exhausting and very time consuming. The description of the material and the size of the dress are not accurate. I should stay with the department stores in the US. The rating should be ZERO!
