I bought a lovely bag on this website. It is perfect for daily use and parties if paired with right clothes and accessories. I ordered this for an upcoming event, which was only two weeks apart. The delivery service was superb, and I got the product on time.

I blame myself for not reading the fine print, but I order so much on line it never occurred to me the return would be near impossible. I now have read reviews and agree with all the negatives. Unless you are a size 8 or smaller don't order and even then order up at least two sizes. I was dumb enough to order 6 dresses and all but 1 were strangely cut. All are tight in the bust with arm holes very tiny. Unless you are sure you will love it and it will fit, do not waste your money. When I read how to return they require you to photograph the item, enter a large amount of info, items have to be mailed back to different places (possibly overseas) at your expense even though they all come in one package obviously from a US warehouse. This has been a very expensive lesson for me and that is the only reason I am taking time to write this review. I don't want anyone else to go through this experience. I learned about them from Facebook post on my timeline and I will be contacting Facebook to take them off as well. I am going to try and return them if the shipping and time involved is doable. I will learn from this mistake but I feel totally "taken".

Rip off

I ordered two items from them in late July and was charged TWICE for the same order. They claimed there was only one order, but I was charged for two. I then cancelled the order and have spent weeks trying to get a refund on my credit card. I then ordered one item. It was medium but way too small so I asked for a return form so I could return it. That was over a week ago and still no form. They have claimed twice that they emailed the form, but nothing has been sent. This company is a total ripoff. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Big rip off

I ordered a dress, it did not look good when I tried it on. I sent it back. After many e-mails they could not find my order, I keep getting a form response. I sent my order number, my tracking number, the photos of the dress in the packing envelope, a photo of my order number and my return sticker. I continue to get a form response. This company is poorly run and customer service is THE WORST!

I was promised a refund in one week. One week has come and gone... no refund.

Dear Judith, The reason why we need you to provide the return proof is: If you didn't provide these information, you have to wait for the refund at least 15 days after you returned the item. We need to wait for the parcel reach to the warehouse and collect by the staff and the return center will send us the doc of the return parcel to check and process refund. That will take a long time for you to wait so that we need the return proof by in case the delay refund.

Hi I ordered a beautiful dress from StyleWe. I think their designs are very unique and beautiful. The dress seemed well made and pretty fabric. I returned it because it was about two sizes too small. I believe all of their sizes are too small for sizes that Americans are used to. You will have to order accordingly or pay attention to their size chart. So a 12 is really an 8, etc. Their customer service was excellent, prompt reply and refund. I would order again but I don't think they have sizes that fit me, I am an XL.

Great experience

I read the reviews here and was initially quite concerned about ordering from StyleWe, but the dresses looked fantastic, so I went for it when the announced a 4th of July 20% discount. As there are different designers for the different outfits I ordered, some of them did arrive way too small (these guys are based in China so it makes sense they are not immediately accustomed to American sizes), but for one or two designers, the dresses fit perfectly (albeit an XL when I'm a M here in the US).

I returned the items that didn't fit me and did not have a problem. First, the items were delivered with me within a week of my purchase - every item beautifully made with gorgeous fabric, and nicely packaged individually. Returns were conveniently as they were sent to an address in CA and I was issued a refund on my credit card within a week as well. Everything was prompt and very professional.

I don't understand complaints about their customer service, whenever I send an email, I get at least 2 responses to the same query. They are completely on the ball, very polite, and very responsive. I will be shopping with StyleWe again. They are fab and my only suggestion is to make bigger sizes:)

Got it 40" in bust so that it should fit a 38". Not even close to 40. Had to cut the top off to make a skirt. Second dress was closer to the 40" but you couldn't get your arms through the sleeves. If you are 40 around, you do not have size 0 arms. My sister can fit the arms at a 0. The suit jacket is unusable because of the sleeves and they forgot to hem the bottom. The other is not hemmed and so thin it's useless. Overall I spent $500.00 on some school kids home ec project so someone could try to learn how to sew. These are not designers.

My wife ordered an item which ultimately she did not like or was not as she expected it. We followed the return policy EXACTLY as required. I have documentation showing delivery, image of return package, confirmation of shipment via USPS yet StyleWe claim it was never returned. Now dealing with bank to resolve but time spent to return a product for genuine reason (at our cost - which is understandable borders on effort to scam you and hope you do not purse them).

If it wasn't for SiteJabber I would never have gotten my money back. This StyleWe company from China, is trying to act like they are here in the USA. They have a horrible language/communication barrier system that they use. Anyway, they held my refund hostage unless I retract my review. So, I never got my dress, they never offered to send another, they never gave me a legit tracking number and in the end (thru SJ) I got my money back. Good for you! Customers who have had success. I'm done with this company that puts on an American front with no means of decent communication. Never heard from them till I placed a bad review.

Was going through their site last week and the products were so enticing that i couldn't resist myself from buying. I love to carry myself and look elegant among the mass, so i keep looking for unique fashionable dresses which can keep me distinct. I was very excited when i ordered from this site and was equally anxious to get the product. Trust me when i received the product it was above my expectations, i just love wearing that dress. It is so stylish and equally comfortable. The color and the print are just so awesome. Very very exceptional product. I already ordered some more, just love shopping from this site. I have written on here before about the sizing concerns and I will be honest and say yes, I will still order from SW as I have learned (am a size 6) I always buy the BIGGEST size as the clothes are really small. I just opened my recent order of a very beautiful white ornate sweater dress $40. Be care of the items, knit items with say FREE SIZE. I have ordered 2 knit sweater outfits- 2 pc and kind of freaked when they arrived as they are beautiful, well made but looked like they were a size 0. I was able to wear although the skirts are a bit tight. Today I got the white ornate sweater dress and gorgeous but when I put on it barely fits below my hi line. I just finished trying to chat with a CS rep Tiffany and I explained. She said maybe I am just too tall! I said I am 5'3"! I explained if I tried to wear as a dress, with tights for example my entire butt, my whole half of my body would be exposed! I had already told her I would keep it and just wear as a sweater since it is so pretty and what she wrote next was telling how to return. I feel like they don; t read what you are sharing or as others on here have stated, it is like they do not read or understand English well enough to work with those us in the US- even if these folks are in CA (not sure if they are or not). I am waiting on an order of another sweater dress which looks great but now am concerned it will be like this one- way too short. I tried to explain to Tiffany that maybe, maybe a 10 year old could put this sweater on and it would fit and be long enough for a dress. Still didn; t get it. All I asked was hey, pass this info on to whoever controls the details and descriptions of the clothes so other people will know what they are getting. If you have ordered fromSW prior you know it takes a bit for the clothes to arrive. So Style WE, change the description! I mean don; t you want people to be able to keep and love the clothes instead of coming here and expressing concern? So my advice in general to a first time purchaser:
1. My opinion is the sizes run 2-3 times smaller then what you are used to.
2. If you are a size 8 or higher you may not be able to wear ANY of their clothes.
3. Me, size 6 and I will always order XL if available. Some items I have wanted I did not buy as if no XL available I know I will disappointed, it will not fit and have to be returned to the tune of about $12.00 UPS to send back to CA * I am in Indianapolis. I know SW will be informed of this review and will respond with their return policy, or some scripted info each rep is to write and that's cool but gosh, why not just make the simple change in the description.

I returned my dresses because they were both inaccurately sized. An xxl was really a medium.
Returned them both over a month ago and have heard nothing back from the company. When I contacted them they just say send them a copy of the shipping label. It just sounds like a scam and I am out $200. How does a company like this get to operate?

I admit I was skeptical after reading negative reviews. But I also realized that as a consumer, I bare respobsibility. It was obvious StyleWe employs a variety of designers. That being said, I am generally a size 6 bottom, 10 top, but I know that this will not be the case in every store I purchase from. So Before I purchased a dress, I read the size charts. Designers varied on what constitutes a medium vs s large. Each dress I received was fairly accurate. One designer I especially liked quality and cut, and others, not so much (as with any store). Just take your time, read sizing carefully and you'll be fine.
