"Awful return policy"!

Their stuff fit so weird! When i try to make a return 1-you have to paid for shipping "fine" I guess I use ups I paid $26 dollars for that and them afther they got their stuff they don't want to return my money back! There's not a phone number you can call everything is via email is been the worst experience ever! I never do this but I suggest for people to stay away!

I ordered a beautiful bathing suit - halter cross one piece floral in pink lace. I wear a size 4-6 pants and ordered a large because, you know, bathing suits should be ordered larger. This was sized maybe for a large child certainly not a woman. Wayyyy too small and of course, bathing suits are not returnable. Quite disappointed and will most likely not shop here again. Too bad, they have some cute items.

I fell for the pictures that were popping up everywhere when I was on the Internet. The quality is worse than a cheap Halloween outfit. It came with raw unraveling edges around the hems. Making it worse is their customer service. I'm trying to return these two dresses and get reimbursed and they're making it impossible. Beware do not order from this company

Dress stuck in Russia
August 28, 2016

I ordered my dress about two weeks ago for my bridal shower. I went to track my order and could not find the standard tracking info associated with orders. I emailed StyleWe and I was sent tracking for a Russian courier to find out that it has been sitting in customs for the past three days! Had I known it was coming from Russia, I would have not ordered the dress. When I emailed StyleWe, their response was that they will try to do better next time. No apology at all. Do not buy from this company... not enough transparency and poor customer service. Who knows what the quality of the dress will be as I have not received it yet.

Quality clothing

I recently purchased three dresses from stylewe. All of the dresses were as they appeared on the site and were beautiful. I did return but only because of how they fit on my body vs the size 0 shown in the pictures. I will cont to order from stylewe!

I have been so disappointed with StyleWe. The issues are:

The item descriptions are impossible to follow. (an example is bust is 35 and waist is 47 for example on most. I assumed the numbers are all inverted, they are useless)
The sizing is grossly inconsistent.
The fabric descriptions are not adequate. I even chatted with customer service to ask if an item was stretchy as described. The clerk said yes, but it was not at all when received.
Your return process is seriously flawed. Hayneedle, Amazon and Joss Main for online retailers I consistently use. Hayneedle's return process is awesome. You print the packing slip to place inside the box, then you print the FedEx label to place on the outside, THE COMPANY tracks it then once picked up. And you are done. As soon as they receive the tracking you are credited for the return. Your company has a flawed system that will lose a lot of clients. You do NOT have adequate instruction that protect the consumer.
We shop online for most things, even groceries. For items like clothing we typically rely on customer reviews and descriptions as presented. There are no reviews.
This little trial of StyleWe has cost me $378.75. I am really unhappy.

UPDATE: is my account was credited a week after posting on SiteJabber. SiteJabber got involved. It turns out StyleWE admitted finally that they do issue a tracking number with the return envelope so they could find it. This was after being told no tracking number provided no refund. All other retailer I work with do provide tracking with the returns, so sent it with their return label and did not get my own. FYI I gave them 1 star but changed it due to the refund to my account.

I love the StyleWe concept and hope they can get past some customer start up issues regarding process as they grow.

WATCH OUT AND BEWARE

I fell for the adorable pictures and reasonable prices. Unfortunately, when they came, Nothing was sized for the US market. NOTHING fit me, nor did it fit any of my thin friends. The large size did not fit two friends who normally wear a size 6 and then other. Is a size 2. By the time I returned from trips and trying to find someone to wear these dresses, the return policy was "expired". Stuck and out the money because I fell for the cute advertisements.
Truly - LET THE BUYER BEWARE... And shop elsewhere! I am not anti-China, but I am anti-Stylewe

I ordered some items - cheap quality, I retuned them immediately. They have no return labels you have to write to them and request one. After filling out all the paper work and sending the items back, they refused to reimburse me my funds. Now they are telling me it send them a tracking number. Huge mistake ordering from them.

I ordered and received a dress that didn't fit. I followed the instructions from StyleWe for return, and ordered a different dress in exchange (which cost less money). 3 weeks later I have heard nothing more from the company about my order. I've emailed many times and even attempted to call their number (which rings and rings and rings with no voicemail answer). I HATE that you cannot contact anyone with the company or that you have absolutely no way to find out whether they have any intention of either sending the exchanged item or refunding your money.

I ordered 4 dresses from the site. None fit, even though I ordered a size larger than I usually wear. The material was of cheap quality, and the craftsmanship was awful. The site doesn't say anything about being located in China-when I went thru the process to return (they make it VERY difficult to return), I was very surprised that I have to pay to ship the goods back to China. This is a company with awful product and little service trying to pretend they're a sophisticated retailer-they are not. I am trying to get a refund but they are NOT making it easy.

All the positive reviews on this site look like they were written by robots-buyer beware.

My daughter ordered a dress for a wedding but when she received it, she changed her mind. We followed the instructions for a return and refund, and had no problem whatsoever. I don't understand the reviews who said that returning items was impossible. She received her refund a week after she emailed the tracking information for the item being returned. IN FACT, I have been viewing dresses and will be ordering another very soon. I am sure that the quality of some items may not be what you expect, but be sure to look closely at the clothing fabric, and read the description thoroughly. You can usually tell if it is worth the price.

I specifically asked about their return policy before ordering. I did NOT want to return something to another country. They said the returns went to California. Well... that was a lie. I am looking at a minimum of $40 to return a $99 dress to ISREAL.

This is fraud. Absolute fraud. Buyer beware indeed. Please do not trust what they say like I did.

The sizing of dresses is nowhere near the measurements listed on the charts. You would have to order two sizes larger than those listed to have a chance of fitting. This is about 5 sizes larger than the usual American sizes. For example, I wear an XL in American sizes. Their size 3X is supposed to be the equivalent of an American size 16, or my usual XL. It is not! I ordered a 3X and could hardly get it over my head. My guess is that their size 3X is more like a size 10 or 12. I would have to order a size 5X to approximate the size of an American XL. From other reviews, it is not worth the expense, time or hassle to try to return this, so I am out $65. I will donate it to a charity.

I purchased a beautiful top from Stylewe, the fabric was very fragile and it was beaded with a small and a large bead. The large bead was too heavy for the fabric--after 2 hours of wearing it, there were holes at the site of each large bead. I also purchased a great crossbody leather bag--after wearing it four times the hardware which was plastic, not metal broke off and there is no way to replace it. I did not discover these items until after the 30 day return time--but if I had purchased these items anywhere else,, I would have been able to return these items due to the very poor quality, I intend to tell all my friends to avoid purchasing from this website!

I've been trying for two months to get a refund. I'm sad to say it will never happen. Lesson learned. Dress was not wearable... wayyyy to little for any adult... cheap, cheap cheap. Do yourself a favor and do not use.

Ordering from this company is a waste of time. Although the clothes look beautiful, the sizes are based on no one in America. If you are a size 8, purchase a XL and pray it fits. After that, nope! And when you begin the long, long return process, make sure you have plenty of free time. You will be asked for ALL the information from THEIR order! Seriously? Oh, and pictures of everything, including the tracking number. Yes. You are paying for returns. REPEAT AFTER ME. DON'T PURCHASE FROM STYLEWE.

I saw their clothes so asked my sister to buy me something from there for my birthday. It arrived and did not fit my body. The clothes are sized for teenagers and/or adults with petite body frames. The return process was difficult and required me positing a complaint on site jabber before getting the refund. If you return an item you must have all records of shipping; return receipts, verification of shipping and mailing. Not just the RMA code.

The shirt looked so pretty but when it got here it was a mess. It was cut wrong, stitched wrong and the material used was not the material shown.

It is also very disappointing that returning this product has been such a hassle.

I finally got a refund. It wasn't easy for a person addicted to Amazon Prime's returns.

MY FIRST PURCHASE FROM STYLEWE

A relative bought for me, I love my dress and handbag, arrived couple days ago, I did wait aprox 2 weeks, is ok to wait for such nice dress, when I buy in USA I am small, depends of the designer, I picked size medium, because I hear Asian sizes run smalls, however is little bet big because has elastic by waist, still looks good and more important FEEL GOOD pure silk, I will go to dance with this dress and not heavy at all, like feather dress... so I will keep buying, while Stylewe keep shipping asap and selling the same quality as the model picture, and keep giving discounts. Also, thank you for been always some rep ready to chat for questions when I search or buy.
