Terrible - I tried booking a million times with multiple diff cards. Didnt go through, finally went through and then they sent me an email that it was cancelled. Then finally tried again the next day and then they didnt get confirmed. I inquired and they wrote to me asking for all my personal details and credit card and photo ID to make sure its a legit match. Only then they finally confirmed my booking.
