I was a little skeptical of the site at first, but I saw minimal bad reviews. I decided to give StudentUniverse a chance and I'm glad I did. The site is very straight forward and easy to use!
I was able to enter all of my information into the StudentUniverse booking site within just a couple of minutes. Thanks to StudentUniverse for making the process easier than the direct airlines' booking sites!

When making 1st reservation I received not eligible for this fare notice. 2nd reservation was completed but I recived notice that payment was refused by credit card. I contacted StudentUniverse in the morning and reached a person right way. He explained the issue and after trying to solve it with me suggested I call credit card and I did; I had made a mistake. I updated the information on a link sent by the first associate of StudentUniverse and transaction was done. I contacted StudentUniverse again to make sure everything was done and again reached a person right way; she rechecked and confirmed that everything was fine and that there was NO STUDENT requirement.
Student universe website is good for especially for students to book flights under our budget.

I don't know why my credit card didn't go through, but Samantha from StudentUniverse helped me out and it finally went through.
The prices were cheap and easy to book. I would recommend for anyone looking to book.
