A Canadian Domestic flight, originally shown in CAD was charged in USD. I called asking for a refund since it was significantly more expensive (10 minutes after I booked) it was 80$ each to cancel. They then emailed me asking for my passport information from a sketchy email. I am a Canadian flying a Canadian domestic flight.
Overall experience has been great, though I was a bit upset by the fact that I am not eligible for the student discount despite being a student right now, since I am older than the threshold age i.e. 24. I really liked the interface and the calendar layout depicting prices on the respective dates.
My concern was during the confirmation of booking, as the amount was debited from my account but the loader was taking far too long on the website.

When I called them I got very good response to issue ticket and ticket was confirmed
It was super to easy to make my booking. Since I've used this before, my information was saved so I just had to put in what days I wanted and enter my card information.
