Horrible customer service, they do not care about you at all and will just read off the website information anyone can access. When I asked if there was anything they can do he just repeated what he said before. I was trying to be nice and a considerate customer making sure to say please and in general be nice, but he talked to me like he did not want me to be calling, and he definitely did not want to help me, I waited on hold for over 30 minutes and was not provided any help during the call. They claim a few things on their website, like refunds but it is circumstantial depending on how much extra you pay originally. I am very upset and will not be using student universe ever again.
