As a student, this website has been a real money-saver. On a lucky day, you can find cheaper prices on any website, but with StudentUniverse, it feels like every day is a lucky day!
The customer service is not good. It is always busy and I could not get connected to any agent. It happened with me several times, apart from that everything is fine.
It was a somewhat easy process, not quite as easy as booking a flight directly but was cheaper than the flights we were finding. I am a little nervous that something may go wrong last minute and not being able to access the tickets before the flight.
