The process was easy enough. The only problem is that they send you the airline flight information last minute or right before the actual flight.
It was not clearly mentioned that there will be additional charges for meal request. Only after booking I got to know that I was charged extra. Why would there be extra charge for meal request when I could have done that for free later?
Very professional customer service. I ran into an issue while putting passenger info. They're very helpful in helping out to resolve the issue over the phone. The airline website was updated right away but somehow their website is still showing the old info. I checked with the airline customer service they said everything looks fine at their end.
