I made a booking and got a reservation number. That worked on the airline website too. The next morning I received an email saying my booking had been cancelled. Now I'm ringing to investigate but none is picking up? Stay away

I canceled the flight within 24 hours and it took forever via phone (more than 1 hour of waiting). However, they have not cancel the charge on my credit card. I have also tried to contact them via e-mail. I have just started a charge dispute with my bank.
