This is my first time booking a ticket through Student Universe. It is great that they have a discount for the Amazon Prime members. I have one complaint that I have not got my e-ticket yet even after 24hour of the booking conformation :/
I've used student universe for a few years and are very reliable. I would like it if you you send receipts or itineraries attached to the confirmation emails instead of the link you have to click on. I also want to note that access to the app is temporarily down and I cannot see my trip via the app, only online.

I filled out multiple forms and sent emails with no responses. 3 separate times I called and was on hold for close to
An hour each time where no one helped at all. I have my email and was told they would email me when the site was fixed. I never received anything. After weeks I made a new account in order to book my flight. Awful experience
