My ticket is still on hold on the official website and not confirmed as reserved yet. I contacted you and sent emails, you did not respond yet. After calling you, the customer service informed you need 24-48 hours to withdraw the money but you did not inform me officially that on the website which made me worried all the time.
What stood out the most was the transparency in pricing—there were no hidden fees, and I appreciated the detailed breakdown of costs. I paid extra for seats selection but it is common now. Hopefully I will get good customer support when I travel.

This is very bad. I bought a ticket for December 4th and just received a notice that my flight was never booked and they are going to charge me whatever price the flight is going for now. I am definitely taking this to the consumer protection bureau
I purchased tickets for a trip to Hawaii in February of 2025. When I checked out, the tickets were 280 and some odd amount, I agreed to this. I logged into my account after purchasing the tickets and there was an error page, with a charge of 529.25, which is almost double the original cost.
I then repeated, after seeing this no longer existed for some reason and was fine
I had no issues using this website. Except I didn't find the feature that allowed me to easily compare prices of different dates.
It was good but I thought it would be a little cheaper than the rest as it is for students but it was tge same price as other sites
