I had a smooth experience buying my tickets on StudentUniverse and redeeming a discount code on my purchase. I purchased roundtrip tickets to and from Barcelona and am planning on expanding my travel experience in Europe. I was unable to find any open-ended return date flights, but I am looking forward to my planned dates abroad!

The customer service agent ended up helping me and went out of their way to help me out, but I had to call multiple times to finally get a hold of someone and it took over 30 minutes to be able to talk to someone

I looked at the same flight on Aer Lingus' website and it was $100 cheaper on student universe.
Easy to buy the ticket, but I needed to get in contact with customer service about changing the payment method and they took a very long time to respond back so the payment was already processed and I couldn't change my payment method
Booking and navigating the webpage is pretty easy. Plus if you have trouble there costumer serves is pretty good and responsive. The problem I have is that you cant change your name that you picked, you have to call in for it to be changed.
