I am a consistent student universe customer, but the site has not been loading these past few weeks and it makes it near impossible to find tickets. After 3 tries I was able to book my trip but 3 days later the app still won't load to show my tickets.
I had a flight with a layover in rome, i keave day 1 from the US and have a layover in rome on day 2 then i leave to my destination. There was a change in schedule and my flight from rome to my destination departs on day 1 before my flight from US to rome, which through email they promised to provide me with a refund. On a call minutes ago, i was told that they cannot give me a refund, and after telling them how its their responsibility to give me a refund for an absurd change in schedule thats out of my hands and i will not take flight credit they hang up mid sentence and refused to provide any accommodation for a change they are responsible for
