Was hard to get actual price quoted on website, online booking failed, I was pending my correct ticket pricing, I had to call, then still charger higher price, later got email of partial refund. Confusing, took hours and then long days wait. Got no price confirmation for days. Poor experience was disappointing. Used to be better in past.
The deals are good, and checkout was easy but the site should have "Manage Flights" features instead of having nothing and you're required to call if you want something.
