First time experience. Smooth but was taken aback when i received a call to confirm details of my credit card, Given the current cyber fraud I was reluctant and had to give in when i was threatened with cancellation. Can you find a better way to confirm booking without requesting for such details?

It's easy to book a trip, and flights seems only available on this site, but not others. However, not sure why it takes a week or so to get the e-tickets.

Processing the tickets was very easy but would I did not know is that you cannot get your seat assignment until the day before the flight!
Hi, some airlines allow pre-select seats with fees. If you do not pay to select seats, you will be automatically assigned a seat when you check in your flight.

Quick and easy. The process was quick and easy no issues
I got the ticket from Student University with 24-hour flexibility. I called them to cancel my flight after two hours of booking. They told me to call the airlines to cancel that was bull$#*!!. However, I called American Airlines to cancel my flight and they canceled the flight but they changed my money as a flight credit which was not told while I was talking to them about cancellations. I called StudentUniverse about this issue they are not sure about my refund. This totally cheating on the customer. I decided to dispute my purchase from my credit card.
