I did receive a confirmation but was unable to access my flight information using the link (green "details" box). It just took me to a search page. It took a while for me to find access. Top right unlabeled menu. So that part could be more user friendly.fix link

I had a good experience booking on Student Universe. I was able to book a ticket with a good itinerary and price that is less than 2 weeks away. I also got to use some coupon. I highly recommend StudentUniverse.
Overall, I got the flights I needed for a price that worked with my scholarship. However, the filters and the search function could be improved. For example, when I was filtering by airline, flights I had just been viewing from the intended airline vanished altogether. All in all, good experience.
My overall experience with StudentUniverse was uncomplicated. Having booked many overseas trips before, it was a pleasure to be able to book this trip so quickly. I would be very happy to introduce StudentUniverse to friends,family and coworkers..

The entire process was smooth and very convenient. Even after the booking, the customer service provided was to the point and very helpful.
They always have the best ticket prices, flight itinerary and with a variety of great airlines.
Everything went well and the checkout process was smooth. The issue I'm having is when I booked the two flights, there was a $50 discount per person for immediate booking. After checking my credit card statement, the $100 discount never applied and it appears that was false advertising. If this is a mistake or there is more time needed to process the $100 off, then okay. If that isn't the case then this is the first and last time I'm using StudentUniverse to ever book anything.
Hi Chris, first of all, congrats on saving another $100 on top of the student fares! The promotion discount will be refunded to your payment card as another transaction. Since the promotion discount was fully funded by StudentUniverse, not the airlines, customers would have to pay for the full price directly to the airlines for ticketing, and then StudentUniverse would refund the discount. It usually shows up in the bank statement within 3-5 business days. If you have not seen that, feel free to contact our customer service team. Thanks for understanding!
