It was very easy to use, web or app, it is better if you sign up, the flight confirmation took about 15 minutes because the airline was asking for my passport info which I sent it to student universe quick, then I got my confirmation a few minutes later and saved 70% of my flight from the airline website and travel companies. However, there are some instances where age is factored in as a requirement. As an agent, we are ultimately bound by the terms and conditions imposed by airlines and do not have the ability to override their rules.
