Everything was good and simple to follow up and I'm satisfied with the results.

Overall experience is good, but there were some latency in delivering e- tickets. Normally, We got tickets right away in next 10-15 minutes once we receive the order confirmation email. But with them, it seems to be taking for long hours, which worries the customer, because they are not sure if they need to rebook it or not.
But in general, the service was nice.thank you!

The Student Universe App and website are easy to navigate and provide an immediate and clear view of the options available.
Entering the search parameters was easy, results were easy to evaluate and could be sorted to your desired view, adquate details were provide for slection, which was simple. Once flighs were selected it was easy to select seats except partners. Partners were waiting for proof of payment? My real frustration was finding where I could make changes to my reservations. Maybe it was just me, but I looked all over.
I had a travel voucher but student universe was easy to navigate and had plenty of options for hotels and flights.
It was fast. The price was good. The web site was easy to navigate on it. Thanks.

I didn't have any experience with StudentUniverse before, but nevertheless it was easy and fast and I never had to wonder how to proceed.
I booked a flight ticket and applied a voucher before deciding to proceed the payment. I didn't check how much money was deducted, because that time I just want to check out the flight ticket within the time given. But then I realised the amount of money deducted was the actual price, without the discount that I applied using voucher code. Nevermind, I'm totally okay with that as long as I have the ticket.
