The site is easy to view and navigate, however, it might cause some confusion when using a coupon as it charges your credit card with the hole amount before discounts. I had problems with payment but the staff at the call centre were very helpful and provided much assistance in aiding me to sort out the issues I was having.
Was able to book 2 shorter flights in Australia, but when the time came to book from home to Australia, there were MANY flights listed (yay) but when I clicked on one to select it, it was unavailable. I ended up clicking each one even if I wasn't thrilled with the time, just to have a flight, and it turned out NONE were available. So why generate the list of flights if they weren't available. VERY frustrating and annoying as I then had to search other sites to try to get airfare from home to AUS.
Good pricing and user friendly app! Student Universe is great at communicating after booking as well.
