I booked a frontier ticket from kayak through StudentUniverse. It was for an evening flight. When the confirmation came it was for a morning flight. I reached out to StudentUniverse who asked me to cancel the ticket on Frontier Website.

Even when paying extra for a flexible ticket, Studentuniverse is anything but flexible. Any slight changes will cost ridiculous amounts of money on top of a $50 StudentUniverse fee (even for a flexible ticket).
Spend your money buying tickets directly from the airline, at least you get decent customer service in return.
Edit: there was a flex option added. This is not the first time I'm encountering problems with your company. Please take to heart what hundreds of people are saying about your customer service. Maybe then you can start to improve your company.
This is an easy site to navigate while searching for flights, hotels and other travel plans. I had plenty of options to select from. I felt their prices were competitive if not lower than other outlets. I would use student universe again for any travel plans.
