I was refunded by the Airline one day after booking although the status of reservation was still confirmed on StudentUniverse's website. So I made a call and had everything figured out, everything was set and I'd be charged again. Really great and helpful customer services, btw!
The booking process was streamlined, however, one thing that I wish was that all flight options available would be seen after you first initially choose the departing flight, not just the ones associated with that airline.

For some reason the app wouldn't let me make the same type of search for some reason. Only until I tapped "same search" about 10 times would it load.

It was good except for the checkout. The end donation pop up was quick and the button to donate was so close to the done button that I misclicked it and it charged me for the donation when I didn't want to. Oh well.
Basically the title. I bought the tickets and it say that there was an error or something so I send and email and there told me it didn't went through so I have to went through, so I look for new one to book. I just hope I'm no charge for the first ones that didn't work.
