DO NOT USE STUBHUB! They let the seller by with selling the tickets on another platform for 4x the price. The seats were midcourt, 9 rows from the floor. Their poor "replacement seats" were in the corners 15+ rows up. There were actually tickets in the row directly behind my original seats, but they would not offer them to me since the price had gone up since my original purchase. No compensation was offered for taking the corner seats. I either had to accept these corner seats or not be able to attend the event. I spent 4+ hours on the phone dealing with these jokers. They do not stand behind the buyers in a fair way. I'm shutting my account down today.

Desastre

I do not recommend this site. When I bought my tickets the time of the concert that was displayed on the tickets was 8pm. When we get there we were told that the concert had started at 7pm. We missed one hour of a two hour show. By the time we left it was 9pm on a Sunday so I called early morning the next day to claim my money for what we missed. We where denied any sort of refund even though it was the websites problem. Since we missed half the show so we technically got our money stolen. Sadly, I am now have to take this problem farther and involve my lawyer.

On May 15,2023, I purchased tickets from StubHub for $158.51 via PayPal for "Celebrating David Bowie - Live in Concert (feat. Peter Murphy & more)", which was scheduled for Monday Oct 16,2023.

The show was cancelled and StubHub denied my refund. I filed a complaint with PayPal, which was denied on 11/4/23 BECAUSE StubHub told them that it wasn't cancelled, even though I have an email from them confirming it.

StubHub then stated in chat, on the phone, and email that I would receive a FULL REFUND within 3-4 weeks. But they NEVER have refunded me and EVERY TIME I call they tell me that they'll refund me in 3-4 weeks.

I'll NEVER use PAYPAL and NEVER purchase tickets using Stubhub!

The tickets i received fir a tennis tournament were not for the same session i ordered them for but for a cheaper session. Stubhub had me send back the wrong tickets and continues to tell me they do not have comparable tix to what i ordered available even though tix 1 row in front of what i ordered are on their website. The ticket prices continue to go up as the event gets closer and they keep telling me to trust them, which i do not. Their guarantee is worthless and i will never buy a ticket on their site again and will tell all my family and friends about my experience. Use vivid seats. They actually are supposed to verify tix that are sold on their site, unlike stubhub

StubHub treats their sellers like crap. One time I was robbed because a buyer committed fraud. They offered me no explanation or warning and just deducted the money out of my account. I decided to give them one more chance and when I sold a ticket the next time it took them 11 business days(2 weeks) just to process the payment at which point I'm still waiting what will most likely be another week before the money is finally in my account. So you will either get robbed or wait close to a month to get your money. Sell on SeatGeek or Ticketmaster. Better service for their sellers.

The fees are criminal

The fees attached to ticket prices are preventing people from going to concerts.
Stub hub added $150.00 to my ticket price. This should be illegal. People should not be allowed to buy and sell tickets. Why should people be allowed to make a business out of ripping people off?
How about a senior discount?
These companies, stub hub and ticket master should be sued for allowing this resale to go on.

The fees are way too expensive, in fact double than Ticketmaster and the lack of clarity when you buy tickets make you decide to buy from a wrong website.
Please do not buy from Stubhub ever, Ticketmaster is much better.

Refund never arrived

Purchsed tickets to FCS championship game on 1.7.24 in early Dec. Immediately knew there was an issue with seller when tickets never transferred. I have initiated 4 chats to customer service and called twice for a refund to be issued. Received an email on 12.20 saying refund was processed. 1.13 told the refund is still in initiated stage and that it can take some time. Buy from anyone else thier fees are higher and guarantees mean nothing

We entered ticket dates for a different date than what they sold us and they would not change the date for us. Instead they kept trying to get us to agree on them reselling our tickets! Its a scam - people never get their money for their re-sold tickets - see the complaints below. USE TICKETMASTER - THEY DO NOT CON YOU.

I purchased 2 front section tickets for Luke Byrant New Year weekend Concert 2 months before the show.Stubhub told me the day of the concert that my tickets were not availlable and tried a Bait and Switch game trying to get me to accept reserved seat tickets in a very poor seating location.I tried calling their customer service and they were terrible and could not help me after an hour on the telephone.
I will never use StubHub again after this experience.

Ordered parking passes. They would not tell me where the spot was until right before the game. I could not make any plans, did not know when to leave for the game, couldn't coordinate with friends to meet us, didn't know what to bring…. Customer service lied + no refund. They were AWFUL.

Seller advertised "Orchestra Middle" which changed to "Orchestra Left" upon delivery. Ticket location is different than advertised. I highly recommend purchasing tickets directly from the venue whenever possible. Lesson learned... I paid nearly double going thru StubHub for tickets I could have purchased for half of the price. Fool me once...Not cool.

Sent wrong tickets.

I purchased NRF tickets full price and found they sent Access Only tickets which would not let us in. We purchased at the ticket booth to see the rodeo. The ticket box said we probably didn't pay enough for the Stubhub tickets which were higher than at the event. I talked to Stubhub several times and things was OK. When we went the first day is we couldn't get in. Tried to get for refunds they said we would not receive a refund. I sent the email regarding the problem, but have only sent a notice they got the email. I wished I had the reviews on them first. This is not a recordable company do not use them

Will never use again

Ordered tickets and parking pass for football game. 2 separate transactions. Day of the game receive notification parking pass only unavailable but I could choose alternate parking or request a refund. I was unable to do either using their link although it said it would give me a voucher credit and refund in 7 days before giving me the page not found response. Their customer service then told me my order # didn't match my name so they could not assist. Will just use ticket master next time I go to an event

Resell Is Horrible

I bought tickets for a 2 day event and couldn't attend. Listed my tickets for sale, one day sold but I had to spend over an hour on the phone with customer service to get the tickets transferred to my buyer. My tickets were sent to me in pdf form for both days. Not mobile. So I can not even list them as ticket in hand because PDF is not an option on their site.

Stub hub sucks

After numerous phone calls and being put on hold for an hour at a time I realize stub hub does not care about customer service.stub hub emailed me an said there was a glitch in their system but does not understand what doing the right thing is all about! They prevented me from reselling my billy joel tickets, Acknowledging they are wrong but refuse to make it right!Now i understand why there are so many people complaining about there quality of service.there are other sites you can use!i suggest you do

I bought 3 tickets to the Cotton Bowl as soon as the game was announced. One week later I got a Stubhub email saying they can't provide the tickets and I had to purchase new ones. Of course, tickets in that section and within 5 rows of the first tickets I purchase were way more expensive and I had to pay $120 more per ticket! After speaking with Customer Service (on hold for 2 hours), they told me they collected a huge fee from the Seller for cancelling the first tickets which of course I did not see and said I can repurchase new tickets, when I said pricing was way higher now then it was a week ago they said it's not their problem, basically they told me to f-off. I was at least trying to get to a credit for the ridiculous and even higher service fee they charged me the second time around ($360 more for substantially the same tickets), they said no way despite it being no fault of mine and collecting a huge cancellation fee. I will NEVER use Stubhub again. I would suggest doing business elsewhere because if anything happens with your tickets they will NOT help you or compensate you for the major inconvenience and instead keep every dollar for themselves. Oh, I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED FOR THE FIRST TICKETS PURCHASED.

Never Again

I am a three time customer, so I write this review not based on one experience. The first two times I used Stub Hub I ran into ticket issues that were resolved so late that I thought I was having a heart attack near the time leading up the concert. One of those two times it was only resolved a few hours before an out of town concert! Those two times it was the ticket seller and me just trying to get the tickets I paid for. The app is not user friendly when buying resale tickets because there is no system in place to hold people accountable for sending the tickets to you. It is based solely on whether or not they choose to honor the sale - like if they get a better offer, the ticket seller can choose not to send the tickets. When that happens, you have to wait hours for customer service to find your "comparable" tickets - this IN NO WAY comes close to the "deal" you originally were offered. My final experience and the true reason I WILL NEVER USE STUB HUB EVER AGAIN was when I bought tickets (which magically I did receive) and the main act cancelled an hour before the show was to start BUT because the lesser artist who opened for the artist played their part, I was not allowed a refund. This was something offered to all Ticketmaster customers, but because I bought mine through Stub Hub, I was not even given the chance. Keep in mind, the original ticket seller would have received their refund and would not have lost any money either. This is a company that is totally greedy and not willing at all to honor what they advertise. I wish you well if you choose to waste your time. My recommendation- some of my best deals I have come across are when Ticketmaster customers who can't attend sell their tickets on the Ticketmaster website directly at a lower cost.

Scam company

This company is a scam.
Received wrong tickets. They keep telling me the issue will be solved and nothing happens... (the event is in 3 hours so I guess I'm screwed)
