Do not be fooled by the "Fan Protection" and "Buy and sell with confidence". I sold two tickets on StubHub and delivered them to the Buyer with the email StubHub provided. StubHub acknowledges that it was the correct email and the tickets were sent in a timely mannger. The Buyer claimed not to get the tickets and StubHub charged me for the tickets. I bought the tickets TWICE.
StubHub will not address the issue. StubHub customer service is abysmal. I wish I could rate them lower.

I listed three tickets for the Australian Pink Floyd show because I couldn't go. They were great seats...nearest section to the stage. Stubhub had the wrong seating plan so it looked as though my tickets were behind the stage! I emailed them with the correct plan. They said my situation would be escalated. This was 5 days before the show. Nothing was done and I ended up practically giving the tickets away. NEVER AGAIN.

Tthen i made a case with the company and was told if the seller did not give me the tickets in 72 hrs i have the right to cancel and get a refund. This happened on September 15th, i did not receive my tickets i had to repurchase with seat geek who gave me the tickets same day! I am still currently fighting to get a refund they keep giving me the same excuse saying they are looking into my case. I opened a case with klarna who i got the tickets from and they sided with Stub hub ONLY cause they sent an email saying i received the tickets, meanwhile they also sent me an email saying i never got the tickets. So i am now going to do another chargeback to get my refund.
I will not pay for tickets i did not receive. Its sad how hard you have to fight for your money back for tickets you never received. Went to see the show on September 24th what a shame how i have to keep fighting for a show i already saw. I will never ever buy from them again. They are scammers in my eyes and try real hard not to give you back your money.
I'm not going tell my hold story because I told it several time to stubhub customer service. Trust me each time I was told to kiss their a**. We got your money and their isn't any you can do about it. I never write reviews so when I say stay away that will be the best decision you will ever make. This company is a rip off
What a disaster dealing with Stubhub. Their way of upselling is so corrupt. They sell for sky high prices, inflate prices and take such a huge cut. HORRIBLE

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. ANY 5 STARS ARE MEMBERS OF THEIR SCAM TEAM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Thankfully, I purchased through PayPal and disputed the charge. Was charged $879 for tickets NEVER received. They send you an email saying the money did not go through and cancel your order. All the while, you are charged; they try to induce a second sale. It was obvious their scam and went to my resolution center@ PayPal and received my refund. When buying tickets, I'd advise to do your research but ALWAYS go through PayPal. Eventually, they will get their PayPal account rescinded. These are slimy, LOW GRADE bottom-dwellers. DON'T BE FOOLED.
I sold 4 tickets with VIP passes to an event which were delivered to the buyers through Ticketmaster. One of the buyers said they didn't get one of the VIP passes (even though I have proof from TM that they did receive the tickets and passes) so stubhub said they were going to charge me $19.25. I spent HOURS on the phone trying to get this resolved and sent in my proof of delivery about 20 times but they still haven't removed the charge on my Paypal account. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS you will wait literally hours on hold and they say everything is fine but then nothing gets resolved...I am actually on a call with them right now, it's been 35 minutes and I'm back on hold again.
Steer away from these jokers terrible service took our money quickly but never got our tickets! We were told refund would be issued but would take 8-10 business days and it wasn't a small amount! We had to re-purchase tickets again with a more reliable company that morning of which were available immediately! Not like StubHub "oh we have to contact seller and confirm with them ", usually takes hours or days! AVOID THEM! Almost ruined our day but made the football game
We ordered 2/Box 2 seats, we were walked by the attendant to (Rock Box) 2 seats which were not what we purchased. Now they will only give us back 25% of the value. This Company is SELLING FRAUD BUYER BEWARE!
This site does NOT put anything about them being a middle person when you go to buy the tickets I had not idea. They held my money then would not release tickets or notify me until a few hour before the concert that the seller was not giving us our tickets. Stub hub held our money on 2 tickets that they do not own nor have in their possession. They lied said they would contact us with new tickets and give us a link to cancel which they didn't. They are badly organized and basically hold peoples money on tickets that aren't theirs nor do they even have the tickets. They wasted alot of my time driving 2 hour drive to concert to find out a few hours before the show there were no tickets BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS SITE NO MATTER WHAT YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE WE DID THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Me and 2 of my friends purchased tickets for the beyonce concert in New Orleans on September the 27 for my birthday. Paid over 400$ in fees. We flew to New Orleans from St. Petersburg Florida. 15 minutes before the show starts I received a email advising our transactions was cancelled. We call stub hub over 20 times everyone we talked to was extremely rude, unprofessional, uneducated on how it works and they all provided different information even the supervisor Pamela employee Id number *******. I was on the phone with her for over an hour and she did nothing to try and help us. She would not allow us to buy tickets over the phone or even try to help us locate a ticket. We reprocessed the order 4 more times on 4 different cards online and they were all cancelled. We couldn't even buy tickets from another vendor at this point because they were holding the money. No one was able to tell us why this was happening or try to help us find new tickets. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any company I've ever done business with. I am even more hurt that the company is getting away with type of behavior. I've taken time off work, paid for a flight, booked a hotel, rented a car all in vein because StubHub was selling tickets they never had, this ruined my 30th birthday and what put the icing on the cake was the costumer service I received, the I don't care attitude and lack of empathy I got from this company is beyond disgusting and ridiculous. I was being hung up on, placed on hold and the representative would never come back to the call, the list goes on and on. Worst experience of my life. Birthday I'll never forget, ruined.
I bought tickets the morning of a show, was told they would arrive in my inbox at the start of the show. The showtime arrived, and i didn't get anything. I then contacted customer service only to be told the seller is "no longer able to send my tickets." there was nothing they could do for me so i had to request a refund that will take up to 10 days to come through. Had to quickly open ticketmaster and make a second purchase as the show started in order to attend. Never using stubhub again
Terrible company to do business with! Steer clear and do not ever sell anything on this web site. Buyers can lie and cancel orders due to any reason right up to the event date and then Stub Hub will charge you for the tickets the buyer canceled. All customer service people are over seas and unqualified to listen or help. NEVER do business with this sham of an outfit, Stick to Ticketmaster and or Vivid Seats. User beware!
Bought tickets to a Toronto Blue Jay game back in April for a September game only to get an email from them in September telling me the tickets were no longer available. They had my money for 5 months only to tell me sorry you don't have tickets anymore. Sure I got a refund but how disappointing when you are looking forward to something like this. These sellers should not be allowed to take their tickets back whenever they feel like it. I will never buy from stubhub again.
Terrible! I bought parking pass and ticket to ND/OSU game and the tickets were never transferred. Spent over 2 hours on the phone and all they will do is give me a refund. What about the travel to the game, lost time, etc? What a joke! Avoid this site.
This is really just BS. They up charge 500% then add fees galore and say it is okay since they are the middle man. Terrible service and crooks
They scam both buyer and seller just to benefit themselves. It's an horrendous platform, where the violation fees are only used to benefit themselves and not the buyer or the seller.

Answer: They sell tickets they do not actually have yet. They started selling tickets for a Garth Brooks concert in Salt Lake City before tickets even went on sale. They have no way of knowing if they will actually get tickets to fulfill orders, and just cancel the order the day before the event if they don't have the tickets. Its pretty much a gamble with Stub Hub if you will get your tickets or not.

Answer: Hi Rachael, If you purchase a ticket labeled as Instant Download you will receive your ticket as soon as you order. If you purchase a mobile ticket or electronic download then you will be notified when your ticket is ready. Which would be no later than the date advised when you purchase. It is very rare to not have your ticket prior to the day of event. There are only a select few shows that require ticket delivery day of event.
