I placed an order on 12th July for a number of clothing items + 2 pairs of shoes. My billing amount is Rs. 2938, which isn't a small amount. It's been over a month now and I've just received 1 pair of shoes, with no intimation regarding the delay of other items. I'm constantly following up on email but no revert whatsoever.
I placed an order way back on 28th June. With a lot of followups, i received it on 8th August. I requested an exchange (due to size) and was picked up on 12th Aug, since then I have not heard anything. The experience was pathetic. This is my last order from this farzi SSS..
What a rip off company. First it takes 5 months to receive their products, sizings are all wrong, shirts have several thread pulls. I wear a medium and normally it it slightly large, their mediums cannot be button up. I complain and they say "mail it back to where you got it" - so back to China shipping will cost be almost what I paid and take several months - the intest on my credit card would be far more than the refund. These guys are rip offs - avoid - quality at Walmart exceeds this place :/
Product ordered was not same as shown and they have there own policy of not refunding and forcing people to keep products which are worst product they are making money by torchering customers they are Moran idiots working here. Bloody hell company they are LUTERAS.
I ordered a polo shirt called Kuyigos on their website and received shirts that were a different name. They are poor quality and are an obvious knock off of the real shirt that I received from Amazon.

They not dispatch our products nor they have refund policy. They are advertising they are product nice who can attract easily after making the payment they cannot dispatch thr product. Its called as chutiya banane ka business in terms of hindi language.

I order shoes for father's day on May 24 and up to date July 06 this item never received. The tracking number link does not provide any updates and lately found out that the number does not exist.
Based on my experience and the reviews I just read there is an obvious pattern here that is pointing to a SCAM Company. I am now checking with my bank to see what they can do to reverse the charges on my account. I ordered a pair of shoes and it has now been close to two months since I placed the order. If you have ordered anything from them and have not received your order within a couple of weeks I wouldn't risk it. I believe your bank only gives you so much time to notify them before you cannot get the charges reversed.

Ordered boots New Orleans Saints. Came in with New Orleans Emblem and Vikings written on side took almost 2 months to come in was finally emailed back asked me to send pictures and I did. Did not refund me but did send another pair that was supposed to be corrected and that one didn't have emblem. It was supposed to have NOS and then Saints emblem and then Saints written out. I wasn't able to give to my husband as Father's gift because they were not in. On website says boots are Timberlands. NOT. Timberland or emblem no where on them. Cheap boots, quality really really bad. Will never order from that site again. I will also check to see if part of the Better Business Bureaus and report them. Unfortunately I had not taken a picture off website of advertising Boots
I placed an order before covid-19, before Murder Hornets, before riots. Altogether 3 months. Still no shoes. Been emailing JORDAN BOWN for months, claims my shipment is "on the way", but I sincerely doubt it. Eh, you live and learn I guess.

I have ordered my products on 18 May 2019 and the item is still not delivered not even processing. I have been repeatedly sending them emails calling them, trying to send queries on their system but no they wont respond.
Such a disgusting app.
They do not deliver the product on time.

This is a complete SCAM! I tried ordering using a coupon which reduced my price till the very last payment page. And on the last page they went back to the original price. I tried applying coupon again, refreshing page. It didn't work. If I hadn't paid attention till the last, I would probably have ended up paying a lot more and as we know, they do not have any customer service at all. The number on the website is fake, no body replies to calls or complaints registered on website. Beware before using it!
