I'm usually very careful about who or where I order From but I was Scammed hard for a couple pairs of boots. They showed up almost 2 months later AND they weren't even what was advertised. The leather, fabric, soles, even the stitching or small details weren't even apparent. They have a money back guarantee but as in as you tell them (I did Via email) they stop responding to you. It has made me angry because now I have To dispute and go through the trouble when as a consumer, we should be able to trust people who are going to run a business. Not giving up on getting my money back and NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE. Ever!

Sss didnt deliver the parcel on time last time I've ordered the boots from sss and it has been 2 months but they didn't deliver the parcel so I complain it to them and tried to call them but they never pick up the phone call it's always said that they are busy. And after 2 months and half they said that my items had been cancel due to out of stock but it wasn't and after some days Ive asked them to refund back the money and indeed they really had refunded but haven't credited in my account untill now when I asked them about it they would just say to check from the back that they have sent the money omg how can it be possible you should have just send the money through the ATM omg omg SSS is really annoying please try to improve your website and try to deliver it on time otherwise no customer would ever fall for your drama
Do not buy from this site... all they do is put really pretty pictures of clothes with good quality... but the actual quality is the cheapest quality u get in the market... i saved my money for a long time to buy the 3 dresses i wanted from this site... but i really cried after getting it
Spent $126 for items that look like nothing that was pictured. When asked for a refund, they said keep items and we'll refund you $10. Absolute garbage.

The company is a complete fraud. The are refusing to give me a refund because they internally lost my tracking number (how can they not look it up based on my order #) and have completely stopped responding to my emails. I've never written a review about anything ever, but this a complete scam.
I have placed the order 1 month back, they have taken the payment and not responding it's been a. Month I have placed the order, they took money not answering calls and after 30 freaking days they have cancelled the order when I was waiting for it.

I have ordered from street style store on 17th september 2020. I also paid them online, as per their policy it should be deliver within 3-21 business days. Its been more than a month I haven't received my order yet. I tried to send mail to them but my complaint is not acceptable on their site. This company is PURE BULL****! I ordered boots and received a different pair of boots that didn't even look similar to the ones that I ordered! In fact they are extremely UGLY! I contacted their customer service and was told I should keep them and give them to someone as a gift... and they would give me a $5.00 coupon towards my next purchase! But I still had to pay for the boots that I DID NOT ORDER! Then I asked for a full refund OR they could just send me the pair that I wanted, since it was their error... NOT MINE! I'm sorry... but if they made the error they should correct it! Then I was told that I had to pay $25.00 to return the UGLY boots to them that I DIDN'T order!

Ordered a pair of boots as seen in the first image. What I received are cheap knock-offs. They were advertised as having fur lining, genuine leather material, and a good amount of detail. The crappy boots I wasted $40 on are shown in the following pictures. Upon contacting the company, they begged me repeatedly to simply keep the boots and have refused to send me the legit product. So I get to spend $25 to return these pieces of crap to China in order to get my money back. But at least these scammers won't have my money anymore, as long as they actually refund my money upon receipt of the return.
