I ordered chunky black sneakers on 16th March, 2021
I got them yesterday, on 9th April 2021
Leave the delivery time aside, I got the completely wrong order and there is no money refund policy on returning this

Wrost experience ever, they stole my money. I ordered boots which was used, i exchanged and now i want to use my voucher but it is not applicable. Theives

They have worst customer service, never pick the calls. They have pathetic return policy you can not change the product if you are not satisfied with the stuff they have policy that you can only change the size. Not happy with my purchase neither recommend anyone.

Bad material and stitching. The length shown on the model is different from what it will fit you. They don't have a return policy so you're stuck with whatever faulty product you get.

I've jumped through hoops for 8 months without any resolution! Phony and dishonest company, keep your money!

This website has an amazing collection with COD available... I have ordered many clothes and shoes and its worth the price.

I have purchased clothes and flats more than five times and I am satisfied with quality of products. And yes I am not being paid for saying this. I, along with my friends and cousins have ordered lots of stuff. And the delivery period was faster than expected. I got all the products with 10 days. But this time COD is not available in my mentioned pincode, the pincode which I have earlier. Please help me with this.

No refunds, no returns, really bad experience, waste of money...

I have ordered 2 different Pair of shoes and their quality is worst. Their size chart is also wrong. I am not able to change or return either. Waste of money..

Products are good in quality
Only their delivery window in bit long
But good reasonable products with good quality

Don't buy anything because if you want to exchange the product they didn't give you any response. I think flipkart is much better then this sss..

This site is having the worst ever customer care support. I DID NOT GET REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT WHICH I HAVE RETURNED IN OCTOBER MONTH. This issue is going on since last October, whenever I try to call them, the lines are busy, I wait till end so that my call is received, but no one receives the call till end, and then the call is ended saying please call back later. Again I call, and the same continues. I hope you read this and try to call me on *******006

I didn't not received same. The quality is different and colour is slightly light. It's seems like I am buying second hand product. I thought I will promote there product on my account but I am disappointed. I tried to search product on there website but that doesn't open. I didn't find products that are shown on instagram promotion on there website. Don't buy. I ordered two joggers but got one, not sure If I will get other one. I tried to send my query to there email but it shows the email is not correct. This is spam.
