I order 3 product but received only 2 and no one is responding to my query very disappointed

And email ids are also not found on site for complaint

Also no one called for this after raise query

I ordered 3 products from SSS. The quality of 2 out of them was very bad. It took almost forever to dispatch :\. Plus when the products were not good-fit, I initiated the process for exchange, where only 1 product got exchanged due to the poor, stupid exchange policy. I'm stuck with the other miss-fitted product, which is a shirt. Plus they DONOT have a return policy. Therefore, BE AWARE if you plan to order.

I mean everything is ok and all but who charge 99₹ for COD? Plus 50₹ extra tax?
Literally no one except street style store.
I hope you look into this matter & make some changes SSS. Customer service is super bad, super disappointing. Product wise, i wont say bad cos at such price we can get such stuff only so that's cool. Emergency wear.

They send wrong products and exchange and again send wrong products and then say there is no exchange policy. After raising tickets for many times not a single response. Customer support is always busy.

Worst shopping site. It's scam. Its more than a month but I never received any goods. They don't have Cod or customer service. So bad it is omg.

This is the first time when I am so disgust with the standard of quality that has been delivered with this product. These are pathetically awful. Such cheap quality. When I tried walking, I felt like the heels can break anytime. The fit is ugly. Honestly I would not prefer to wear them and be emabarassed or put the company's name into shame. I raised this issue with the company however no one even bother to contact me. I am not sure what's wrong with them.

I ordered the three pairs of footwear from this site. It took almost 2 months for them to arrive... But as they say the wait was worth it... All of them are so stylish

Received a pair of heels they were in their worst condition as if it's used 'second hand' i returned the product the very next day of delivery but it's been a long time still no refund is credited to me. Took the product back. But what about my refund?

Guys don't trust them how can someone deliver so $#*!in late within delhi... my order hasn't been delivered yet it's almost been 30 days they are frauds and if you even get your product you are lucky... they even don't reply to your emails... who do they think they are a Gucci or dior brand... they alos consider their customers... I recommend Don't ever buy anything I also have filed a complaint against them...

Worst site ever. Poor service. More than 6 months still did not receive my parcel. I have paid the full amount. Hopeless people and service. Dont even deserve single star. $#*!ers

They don't deserve any stars. They are basically a fraud. Their privacy policy has clearly mentioned that we can exchange the product, so I did exchange one product, and it took days, they to dispatch, I understand because of the current situation. So some days back, they updated the order status, and also gave a tracking number of Expressbees Courier, so I kept checking everyday and today suddenly it showed that my product is out for delivery and it's still in Delhi actually it should come in Goa. I sent emails and sent a enquiry and they called me up after 1 hour and they were like we can't deliver the product at your place due to current situation and they said they will give me a voucher of Rs 499 only and I paid Rs 722 for the order. If they cant do the exchanges, then they shouldn't keep a exchange request on their website. I requested them to anyhow send my product or else I'll take strict actions against them.

Products are different colors not same shown in picture delivery is too late n cash on delivery is not available.

This site z the worst. Do t buy anything from them. They use the cheapest material n totally fraud site

I have ordered clothes from this site and have received it, they take long to deliver but the webiste isn't a scam guys, please order

I placed an order on 13th April 2021 and due to covid situation I had to move to my hometown. So I wanted to either cancel the order or change the delivery address. The products were not even shipped so it should have been possible. I have been writing to them since a week but there is no response on any of the query no email and the number is always busy. There is no update on the product too whether it is in transit or not. I am really disappointed with the customer support. Please don't make a fool of people who are trusting you with their money especially in these covid times.

It is my third time ordering shoes... in my Second order i perfectly fit size 36 and for the next time i ordered again the same size 36 which is really big in size. And the quality of their shoes is really worse. Especially the mules i ordered. And their products doesn't look like as shown in the pictures. I really disappointed... A waste of money. And they didn't accept the refund of money...
