So i ordered a cute top from sss and its been over a month and nothing yet so i wanted to login and check but the login was blocked and when i request otp i got nothing on my phone. Terrible

I have ordered 2 pair of footwear for me in size 40 when I received the product it was not 40 size and after kota of emails I got a call from one of there representative she promised me to replace my footwear then I got a email from there side that I have to pay some amount for replacement which is absolutely wrong... We are paying for our product and if there is some problem then why I have to pay money... she promised me that I will get a call from there sude And after that there is not a single response from u gyzzzz, please do not treat to customers like this and there is to long process to replacement that after paying the replacement amount they will take 15 days that first they will pick the product. After receiving the product they will go ahead for the next process... Very bad experience

The so called customer care of this shop is just for name sake. This whole shop sucks. First don't process shipment for more than 1 month & they don't Notify about it either. For replying they take days & I asked for refund ok, they said they did it & will be completed in 7days, I waited for it & I didn't received it, on asking they said they did it to my paytm WALLET & TELLS ME TO CHECK WITH MY BANK REGARDING THAT ( as I didn't received my amount) AND THINKS IM STUPID ENOUGH AS I DONT KNOW HOW IT WORKS. IF SOMEONE HAS REFUND IT IN PAYTM WALLET HOW CAN A BANK GET THAT DETAILS BECAUSE IT HAS NEVER BEEN TRANSFERRED INTO ACCOUNT IT HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED INTO WALLET. Such a disappointment and unprofessional this is.

Who ever runs this SSS apps is stingy with money (Miser), fraudsters... It's been a weeks, till now I haven't received any messages nor email about shipping process and I've already paid the money...

I ordered my regular foot size but it was just a little small so I requested for an exchange for 1 size bigger. The exchanged pairs show that its a bigger size but they are still small. Very bad experience

It's been almost 2 months now and still I haven't recieved my order yet. My money is gone and they did even bother to try deliver my order! Do not visit and shop through this site please. They are simply going to scam you with your money.

If I would have a chance to rate the company 0 would have done that. Have had worst customer experience. More than 5 months and more than half of my order has not been delivered. Plus the half that was delivered was faulty had to exchange which they failed to in return they activated a voucher of that amount, which means I would have to order with SSS itself, which honestly I don't want to. Plus, only 1 product I have received properly out of 7 products I had ordered, and it's quality is too low for the price they offer/the quality they calim to have. Don't order, a big NO.

I have ordered on 26feb and made payment they deducted my money but there is no order updated in my order section. My order section is blank. It's more than 6days and still, no action is taken. Customer Support Services are third class. I will never order again on this website. Return my money you guys or update my order.

Street style store is a locally owned shop featuring brand-name shoes for men & women, clothing, bags & accessories. They have a shopping website online and offline outlets of STREETSTYLESTORE, HAUZ KAHS, NEW DELHI.

Shopping online may be the most convenient choice however it has its disadvantages such as, often the delivery gets delayed for a longer time. I once ordered online and it took approximately 2 months to be delivered to my location. Also, they don't have all the options which are online. So don't expect that you will get the exact product which you saw online when shopping online.

Their offline store is fantastic; you can simply browse from a variety, determine the quality, and return anything with ease because offline buying has its own advantages. All of the discounts and policies apply to offline purchases as well. I purchased three dresses for ₹999, and the best part was that I was able to find pieces that were both good in quality and fit me perfectly well. Their sales representatives are also very nice and helpful, so you can shop with ease. Flats and clothes are of decent quality. The collection is also incredible; they offer all of the latest trends at really low pricing.

I ordered 3 formal tops from Streetstylestore, received material with very low quality and material is very cheep.
Tired of reaching the call centre number available, it is engaged and not responding during working hours. During off working hours, I got the response to ring on working hours.

Where and how do i begin and when will it stop?

SSS takes the liberty to club the products without client consent- As per their product availability
2 products of the same issue of wrong size when requested for return, they instruct their 3rd party courier vendor to collect both the products. They issue a credit note for 1 product and are not responsible for the other. Funnily they rudely tell the customer to reach out to the courier company and it is the customers fault because the customer is the one who should fight with the courier company since they have picked-up both the products. All this after wasting 1 month of time, money and valuable man-hours and reach out to SSS as they only respond over tickets and no call back facility. Customer Centricity is a FAAAAAR CRY. These guys don't even have a team close to being humble / giving a listening ear. Customer's hard earned money is an absolute JOKE. The cust serv exec over a call has the audacity to speak whatever comes to his/her mind without listening or thinking for solutionning the concern raised... and the list of issues continue while i am awaiting an order for more than a month now.

They are learned the art of fooling customers, let it for delaying your delivery or let it be for swiping your money, this is going to be a massive fraud company in the future, they have already fooled many customers and walking away freely, i dont know why, just beware of purchasing from them, the chances of your getting order delivered is very very low, this company is not concerned about your footware but what the owner with wear today and with whose money,, lets stop them thanks

I bought the clothes from 3 for 1199 and the clothes quality is so poor I would have not even paid Rs. 100 for these items

I bought a pair of shoes for the first time from this website after seeing all the hyped reviews and I'm so disappointed. I bought a vans old- skool looking shoes for 599, the original was 999. I wore it first time to college, literally took few steps and it's already coming off! Obviously there's no option to return used products such a waste of money, not going to buy/ recommend anything from this website from now on. And also the product received was different from the image given
