My bids were the highest bid on numerous occasions and I never did "win" the item. In the sales history it showed lower bids winning at the same time & item my bids were active. Customer service is a joke when you can finally get a hold of them. I wasted way to much time with StockX. I would look elsewhere!

Horrible customer service.

I purchased shoes and in less than 24 hours realized they were the wrong size. Contacted their customer support before the shoes ever arrived at stock x to cancel the order. They advised they could not cancel, even though the shoes never were received by them or shipped by them to me. When asked to speak to a manager, the service representative ignored my request. When repeatedly asked, I was refused and they just ended the chat. Horrible customer service and do not recommend this marketplace.

If I could have given then a Zero, I would have. I ordered shoes for my son, they came from China, and were too small. I paid over $300 and when I ask to exchange for a bigger size, they refused. They were not helpful at all. My only option is to resell them on Stockx where they can earn ANOTHER 15%. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!

Hours on chat, multiple emails only to get a small refund. Dunk Low shoes coming apart where the laces go through the hole. They say they are sorry, but really not sorry. I will not be buying from them again.

I sold one Funko over this platform last week and I received a verification fail email back as incorrect tags, materials, and/or substandard construction when compared to authorized, retail items as well charged me $15usd as penalty. This is the biggest joke I ever heard this year because I already sold two exactly the same Funko through stockx few months ago. The customer service do not want to help to appeal this but the T&C says I can. This is not about the $15 penalty it is all about the verification team, how they verify my item. They just simply send me an email without showing any evidences as they cannot provide any evidence to my genuine item. This platform is ridicules both seller and buyer do have any rights in here.

Don't buy from stockx

Any site that has no way of contacting them seems shady. I ordered a $165.00 pair of jordans for my son got no confirmation email and doeant ahow purchase in my buying sexrion on rhw website. But it shows up in my bank statement showing they got paid. But cant contact except through frequently asked questions. And cant even get the chatbot on there. So would be leery about purchasing from this site.

STOCKX = SCAM ARTISTS! STAY AWAY!

TL; DR: StockX sold me defective shoes, refused to take them back or refund me, then refused to allow me to resell those same shoes.

A few months ago, I bought a pair of Jordan 11 Adapt - White sneakers through StockX for over $550, that were very clearly not deadstock condition, with scuff marks and yellowing on one of the shoes, in addition to the self-lacing function not working on that same shoe. When I raised this concern with StockX, they claimed I missed a mythical 3-day window to notify them of any issues with the purchase and repeatedly INSISTED that the sneakers passed all inspections, therefore they refused to refund me, but recommended I try to resell the sneakers if I wasn't happy with them. So that's exactly what I did... Just recently, someone finally bought the sneakers from me through StockX, so I shipped the EXACT same sneakers that remained COMPLETELY UNTOUCHED to StockX, only to have them turn around and tell me that this time the sneakers failed inspection, therefore they would have to cancel the sale and send them back to me. Please tell me how that makes ANY sense?!

Prior to this, I was an incredibly loyal customer to StockX, spending over $10,000 in a 6-month span on 32 pairs of sneakers, not to mention selling nearly $3,300 worth of sneakers through them during that same time. If they're willing to deceive and completely screw over a loyal customer like me, how do you think they're going to treat YOU?

Their customer service is also TERRIBLE. Once they have your money, they don't remotely care about you or any issues they caused. They took literal WEEKS to respond to emails when I was trying to initially resolve this situation, and when they did finally answer, they gave me the same, canned responses, never actually answering any specific questions or concerns.

My teenage son wanted to start using their platform as a way to sell shoes and make money. I let him to start off with 1 pair of shoes just to see how they handle business before he goes all in. It did not go well whatever. My son followed all the requirements, added bank info and they promised to pay him within 7 day days. Guess what my son was NEVER paid. We reached out to customer service serval times within 7 months and the customer service rep ( because they have no phone number to speak to a live agent) said time over time that they had paid him. That was a complete lie.My son was so sad that he didn't get paid, this would of been a great way for him to learn about how business and finance works at his age. After doing my research I had explained to my son how this company make millions of dollars and I was so sorry that they handle business in this unprofessional matter. I explained to my son they even though it was just 1 pair of shoes we still have the right to take them to court to get our money. I eventually filed a lawsuit against them for the money that was owed to my son and guess what, I received a call from a Heather McDonald (Sr. Paralegal) stating she is willing to pay me and give us a $25 gift card instead of going to court, I need this to be on their record. Why call me a few days before court trying to offer us money when you should of payed us months ago. The way they handle business is way out of order. I eventually told her (N0) and that I would se her in court. We went to court I stated my part and she was able to state her part. This is where she lied and said she was willing to pay us and offer us $100 gift card. How offensive was that, no thank you. We did win after things were settled but why did this business have to handle a simple transaction out of order. This is not right, I have learned, my son has learned about how lawsuits works and hopefully STOCKX will learn, pay people or keep going to court until you guys completely get tired and start doing right.

I have been ordering sneakers from Nike, Footlocker, Flight Club, Kith NYC along with multiple main outlets for all my adult years but my far worst experience is with STOCKX. I have previously ordered from stockx and recommended them to friends overseas but here is where it stops. My Wife ordered the Air Jordan 3 Desert Elephant for my Birthday in the excitement and the reliability of checks I had faith in relacing I realized the left pair was defective, unfortunately I had already moved the Stock X verification Tag. But even presenting the Serial numbers on the Sneakers itself my claim was null.

Order delay, no planned delivery date

Wish I would've read all the reviews before my order. Ordered my watch (including Processing and Shipping fee) -- my first ever purchase on Stock X, received delivery estimate and confirmation that the seller sent the watch to StockX. A week passes by, no updates and all of a suddent I get an email with "Order Delayed". No further details, no information. Good luck trying to get to chat with someone to get more information... you're left in the dark with the money taken. I would expect a lot more transparancy on "high value" purchases - ~500 dollars watch. The "contact" chat is designed to keep you in a loop of preset questions and answers to have you give up and not try to contact them.
I will contact my Bank and start a dispute on the charge. Hard to belive that such a "middle man" company can function legally... Would not recommend, will not use anymore! Once and never again!

NEVER EVER USE THEM

Worst company ever. They stole our shoes. We have a receipt from our shoes bought from nike. Listed them for sale on stock x. They got marked as having a manufacturer defect and denied. They printed the label but never dropped them off at fedex to return them to us. Then tried to say fedex lost them. And offered us 10% of the value because they were damaged. Sounds to me like an employee stole them. Dont waste your time with this garbage company

After purchasing they delayed them indefinitely

Bought the shoes for school that started weeks ago and at first no problem until they were mailed to the authenticator and that's when problems started. They never updated that they received them and then when I messaged your company they told me they were delayed indefinitely that once y'all figured out where they were you would send them. Then you find them and send them to FedEx and put in a scheduled delivery time for another week away. So now not only are they 2 weeks late y'all did it intentionally. And you have had my money for weeks.

Worst company to deal with. Sends me trash quality sneakers. Nike text logo not finished. Stitches all over the place. Its bad. Need to wait long time for customer service, also delivery and such. And still. Customers service just wastes your time. Avoid.

Never got my package

Your company is BS this is the second time I tried to order off this janky website and both times I never received my packages. Had to go through the bank to get refunded. Cause this $#*! company can't do their only job and deliver stuff. Poor poor service. Every step of the process took a week. They verified shoes authentic and they sat and never shopped two weeks. Then they cancelled the order once leaving a bad review. Ordering said 7-12 days. It's been 30? Then the reason for cancelling was spiteful. Stock x clearly has the shoes since the already verified authentic. They return no correspondence. Order elsewhere. Scammers
