My husband bought me a pair of retro 4's black cats for Christmas. Unfortunately they were the wrong size and it was going to be a hassle to return them. We decided to sale them ourselves and found the shoes were not authentic. We for sure got scammed by StockX and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Wanted to cancel a sell and waited over 3 hours to talk to someone in the chat and they told me they couldnt gaurentee if there would be a fee or not 15 bucks 15% or none and my account could be banned. Guy had no idea and im sure thats not his fault but the policy makes zero sense. The item has not been shipped and shouldnt have been an issue to cancel. I will not be using stockX again.

When you can not complete an order we will charge the penalty fee which is 15% of the total order transaction with a minimum charge of $15 and possible suspension. We do apologize that it was a hassle to cancel, but when you create an order it affects the Buyer when you cancel so we must charge the fee. Thank you for your patience in support as well. I ordered yezzy boost 350V 2016/ 2022 on august 10 and they shipped August 13 within two days SAM EDELMAN boot and without verification tag. I contacted customer service and upload files what they need. And they replied that it doesn't match information with the order and they can't accept their fault. How do trust them for the future even the team doesn't do their job. Right now I am 100% feel inconvenient to using StockX app. And thank you for wasting my money and time. I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Stock X. I changed my location and currency to AUD and prices were displayed as such BUT after I ordered them my bank account was charged USD. I have tried to contact them several times via email to cancel the order and be refunded. The live chat is pretty much non-existent. After 5 days they have still not responded to any of my contact attempts. VERY disappointed to pay such a high price for sneakers I could have got elsewhere MUCH cheaper.

I purchased my son these shoes after waiting for them for days we get received a email saying they had to find another retailer to purchase from them we began to wait for the shoes then today 8/19/22 we got another email saying they will be issuing a refund after waiting for the shoes for days this is horrible service from this company.
