The order came really quick i am a happy male person
I purchased my shoes and received an error message at first. I attempted to repurchase them, and the order went through the second time. I received only one email confirmation for my purchase. Days later I see 2 separate charges in my bank, and noticed 2 emails for shipping notifications. I reached out to customer service, and they told me they would send me an email about canceling the order. I received no such email, and now I have an extra pair of shoes that I didn't want.

I have been selling & buying on Stockx for kver 6 years & have had pretty good experiences minus some minor hiccups.
This last time I sold an item ( a Bape shirt still new with tags & original packaging) I gave it a once over then shipped it to Stockx fully expecting to be paid out. Well, a few days go by after the shirt arrived to Stockx with no update. I reached out & was told that my item failed because of a hole in the shirt. I was sent a picture & there is a big noticeable hole right in the middle of the shirt. Why would I put a hole in my own item then send it to be authenticated knowing it will definitely fail? Makes no sense especially given my great selling history.
Of course they had to pass the issue around to different departments so it can be "investigated".
Even after sending the receipt & a picture of shirt that shows that it did not have a hole, I finally get a message stating that my item failed due to use or manufacturer defect.
I am now being charged a 15% fee, my seller percentage fee will go up & I have a damaged shirt all because someone there mishandled it & somehow put a hole in it.
And of course their decision is the final word. After years of selling & buying with a good record, I am pulling my items from being listed & probably will not buy from them again. But they will not care.

1ST Let me say i have bought from them at least 10 pairs of high demand J's but they're terrible customer service they will lock you out of your account repeatedly to bid, but allow you to pay full price. SMH...Goat is always the best way to go... better service, pricing and delivery time. STOCK X SUCKS...

First sender the condition of shoe was not new as purchased but used so stockx sent them back and found another seller. 2nd seller stockx had issue with seller and delivery misscomunication. Shoes never came and Stockx didnt say antying to me and just cancelled my order. Said they were sorry after I was in communication with them. They gave me $20 for my 45 day ordeal. I ordered the shoes again subjected to higher prices. Again, stockx took my money...app said waiting on first seller to ship shoes. Im on day 8 and stockx just cancelled my order again without explanation. Horrible business practices. Also, Everytime they cancel my order they delete it from my history/profile as if it never occurred. Do Not recommend.
I made a bid after aweek or so it was picked up by someone. Within 2 weeks of that I had my brand new trainers that I love. What's not to like?

I bid on shoes and it was accepted. StockX kept me in the loop through the entire. Seller shipped the shoes to StockX for review. It met the conditions agreed upon and StockX shipped the shoes to me. I received the shoes the shoes in a few days. Overall the entire process only took a week and I was completely satisfied with the transaction and product.
My son went on the website, picked out his shoes and I went on after him and completed the purchase. Everything went smooth and the shoes are top notch!
