I would say StockX has no customer service! I have tried for two months for StockX to fill out the paperwork from UPS. My package was lost by UPS. All I needed was StockX to fill out the UPS paperwork. I would then get my money back from UPS but they still to this day August 11 two months latter NO HELP! Do not see with StockX!
Its been 2 weeks and 3 days still haven't received my product or no updates of shipping status just keep getting same emails due to coronavirus will take longer i would perfer actually date actually location actually human being letting me know more details i paid over 300 for order that i have little details on very frustrating
StockX is flat out scamming people, that's what it comes down to there taking sales and not paying out customers and not sending shoes to customers. I have sold multiple shoes and they haven't sent 1 payment. There email response is generic and gets sent to all customers. There customer service doesn't exist. They need to be shut down point blank period. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WOTH THEM! I ADVISE TO STAY AWAY!
Honestly, disappointed. They are quite dishonest in their pricing currency. I bought some air force 1 with a price listed in my currency, and after paying, I looked at my bank account, and they charged me more! I contacted them and even showed them the screen shot of the price listed and paid on their site and all they could come up with was a weak $#*! apology and nothing about them making a mistake. I don't recommend them to anyone. It sucks because it's hard to get my shoe size in Canada... but it's not worth all this!
Bought a pair of $200+ sneakers that had scratches and looked worn. The company's suggestion was to resell them on their site, therefor ripping someone else off. Also impossible to unsubscribe from their millions of newsletters and emails, wrote to support with no reply. I would never recommend doing business with this company.
Stockx is the absolute worst sneaker platform to conduct business on. Horrible customer service and they'll respond back 10 days later with a mass produced generic email blaming covid for delays.
When I started buying from them products came in reasonable time frame. Now takes months. When you contact then you get a canned answer about when you can expect products. Horrible customer service and delivery of products. Not sure if I will order from them again in the future. Status of products not updated regularly and customer service points you to this Status as a resource. They blame covid for their lack of staffing and extreme shipping delays. Made purchases over a month ago and are still awaiting authentication.

SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMERS! They lie and say they don't hold your card information but they do until they can find a seller to sell their shoes which can be up to weeks! They lie in their disclaimer that they don't hold your info but they do. They self ordered me some shoes that they told me were SOLD yet I got charged 300 for shoes I didn't even want because I got them elsewhere due to them being sold! Don't waste your time and they're overly expensive for no reason.
Many glitches in system is an understatement. We ordered a shoe size and confirmed size before dishing out a ridiculous amount of money for my sons one bday gift. And then we get a confirmation for a completely different size that we absolutely did not order. Notified them via email immediately because we did nothing wrong. And guess what - nothing they can do because of their policy which obviously does not account for their own technical/website issues. Note - this is my second review posted ever and the first one was on same issue on another site. People deserve to know about things like this.
I ordered an item that was supposed to be shipped by Tuesday. It is now Thursday and the item on my buying page says that the item is STILL not shipped. I am requesting an immediate refund seeing as though Josh and Scott like to hold customer's money for as long as possible with zero action on their companys part. IF STOCKX IS SO BACKLOGGED THAT THEY CAN NO LONGER RENDER GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXECUTION WHY NOT LIMIT BUYING AND SELLING UNTIL THINGS IMPROVE? Not doing so makes Stockx appear greedy, ill equipped and unprofessional.
It's a scam. They sell you items with signs of wear and when you try to resell them, they flag the items for the exact signs of wear which they ignored the first time round. All the while making money of every transaction. Customer service completely ignores the fact that this is fradulent behaviour.
I ordered a pair of Grape 5's from Stock X. They took 2 and a half weeks to arrive from the U. K. When I opened the box, the right shoe had the little green Stock X tag on it. On the same shoe, all of the paint was coming off on the bottom. So now I'm out 317 dollars on a fake pair of shoes. I have bought several pairs of retro Jordan's, with the quality being very satisfactory! I'm now emailing them every day, with not one response! I have posted this review with the BBB and anywhere else I can find! Please don't order from Stock X, they are a scam! They don't authenticate $#*!!
StockX has been holding my payment for a month now. They are using the excuse of the pandemic to slow everything down but they just want to hold your payments and virtually inflate their treasury.
I just had the worst customer service experience EVER with this company! I've never purchased product from this StockX so I had some questions after I bid on some sneakers. I was the only bidder and they had no lowest ask price. I filled out TWO support tickets but never got a response. Tweeted the confounder but again never got a response. My bid finally expired after I change it twice and STILL. No response. Glad I learned now because I'd probably be waiting forever to receive the sneakers if they seller would have taken my bid price. And I'd be trying to contact them again but yeah you guess it. No response! I'll never try to purchase ANYTHING from this company again. Customer service is critical when buying products online and they failed horribly. I'm letting everyone I know to avoid this company at all cost! Reviews will be posted EVERYWHERE!
I guess because of this pandemic everyone is using it as a cause for delayed shipping. But why when I ship through the post office my items get where they're going or I still receive my item in three days max?!
StockX used to be A1 in my book when it came to the shoe game but now I'm waiting an average of 21 days or longer to receive my items. After these last 3 pairs I will be done with you guys...
Really bad 'customer service'. I bought a pair of Nike AF1's and they have all kinds of factory defaults and the sneakers look worn. They really look 'factory second' / B-grade. All kinds of glue stains, imperfections and deformations. And I paid a lot of money for it. I already contacted the 'customer service' on 6-6-2020 (same day of delivery) and they asked me to send pictures so that they can investigate why these passed the 'quality' control. After that: NOTHING, complete silence, they do not even respond to reminders. Really bad that they treat longtime customers like this and let them hanging in the cold with a pair they can't wear and CAN'T sell. I will NEVER EVER use StockX again and I will advice everyone also not to use StockX anymore. They will f*** you over and they will not take responsibility for it. SPREAD THE WORD! I purchased a pair of yeezy boost 350 v2 a month ago. Not only have i still not received them, the status still shows the stockx is waiting to receive them from the seller. I have contacted stockx support several times via e-mail and it takes about a week for them to respond. The first response i got said that they had a problem with the seller but the found a new seller and the shoes were on the way. Over a week later i contacted them again and they told me they had the shoes and they were being checked and should be sent out soon. It has been about 10 days since then and i still have no shoes. My order status still shows that the order is being shipped to stockx from the seller... I have reached out again but have not received a response. This is a terrible company. Pandemic or no pandemic, no other company i have dealt with is having an impact like this. I have purchased a few pairs in the past and each time it has gotten worse. They are not the same as they used to be. Time to move on.
