Ordered 2 pairs in 7.5. One pair changed to a 6. Couldn't change the 6 to 7.5 or cancel the order. Cust Service said you can't change an order once it goes through so they tried to cancel the order but sent an email saying we don't know if it will cancel or not. I never got a confirmation whether it cancelled or not, yet they took my money for both pairs. Received the 7.5. Drove to the Steve Madden store to return the 7.5 because they were too big and the register would not accept the order # because the original order was changed by Cust Service who was able to cancel the 6. No communication was sent. Had to call Cust Service from the Steve Madden store twice because got disconnected twice. The store could not take the return. Cust Service sent a return label so now I have to bring the shoes to Fed Ex. What a cluster. Bottom Line: Steve Madden online and Steve Madden stores are two separate entities and don't play nice together. The girl in the store was very helpful and Cust Service from online was very helpful as well, however, Steve Madden needs Six Sigma implemented to improve their processes because they are terrible!
I bought some Hamlet black boots back in December 19,2021. The size did not fit me so I went into a Steve Madden store to exchange them. Unfortunately they did not have my size so they had to order it for me and have it ship to my house. I received them within a week. Boots were in the box until this past weekend 02/12/2022 that I had a dinner with family and friends. I was sitting down the whole time. Only time I walked was when I arrived and when leaving. When I got home I was taking my boots off and notice it had creased and the material started to peel. I called customer service and were not able to assist me due to the item being purchased in the store not online. They only help people with online orders. I've been calling the store since Sunday and no one picks up the phone. I'm very disappointed because they were not $20 dollar boots. If I would of bought them at at a cheap store and this happened I would of totally understand. I was paying for a better quality of boots. Very unhappy. People avoid getting ripped off. On the pictures you can see that my boots are basically new.

I placed my order on 2/6/22 and was supposed to be shipped out on 2/7/22 with next day delivery to be delivered on 2/8/22 and still has not been shipped out. This is for an important event today and we even paid $30 for the shipping and all I told is I will receive the 30 dollars in refund for the shipping but that does not help that my daughter will not get this in time for her birthday event. Please update your shipping on your site to say that the shipping will not be made by the correct date that you all give. It is not fair and actually very unprofessional in my opinion to not fulfill a promise that you say.

I ordered a jacket from Steve Madden and there was no shipping or tracking info for 2 weeks. I finally reach out to customer service and they offer a refund since I had no idea if the item was even going to arrive anymore. I receive the item a week later and their representatives start asking me to pay them back. Most stores just eat the cost because the item didn't arrive on time as promised. I bought my husband a pair of Steve Madden shoes about 2 years ago. He's only used 3 to 4 times since he has many pairs of shoes. I'm sad to report that the shoes are very poor quality. They are literally coming undone at the seams. Additionally, the shoes state they're made of leather... but what percentage of the shoe has the leather and what is the quality of this leather? The top layer of this "leather" is bubbling and peeling off... very much like the cheap couches sold as leather couches to millions of Americans in the past decade (but that's for another review). Seems like this "leather" is an extremely thin layer of vinyl (plastic) placed over leather... or cardboard. They look nice, but give it a few months and the vinyl coating cracks, then peels... then to the trash. Corporations earn and the American consumer loses. I will not buy another pair of Steve Madden shoes. I've included photos so you can see for yourself they are hardly worn and the deterioration. Very disappointing.

Disappointed. I purchased a pair of Aquarius Tan Suede booties from the SM website in September, and by November, after I'd worn them lightly only a few times, a pearl decal had already fallen off the toe of the right bootie. I went back and forth with customer service several times, and they ultimately refused to provide me a refund, allow me an exchange, give me any repair options, or provide me any extra decals so I could repair the bootie myself. These booties cost $153.49, and I feel I cannot wear them with this obvious flaw. Since SM didn't provide any extra decals (which they really need to, given that some are likely to fall off) with the initial purchase, I really feel that I should have been allowed a refund or exchange, because how else does SM think I'm supposed to get this issue fixed and be able to wear them? I also want to point out these booties took nearly three weeks to arrive, and even given that delay, when I initially reached out to customer service about my options, I was still within the 90-day window of returns. By the time I'd gone back and forth with them and gotten nowhere, the window to return them had closed. All I wanted was extra decals or the ability to return or exchange them, which I feel was reasonable given the circumstances. I was polite and willing to fix the issue myself, but SM provided zero options for my issue.

The only reason i gave a 1 star is because it wont let me post a review, anyway i was in Maryland and purchased 2 pair of shoes, one pair was some tennis shoes, however they didnt have my size in the store so they called another store and they had it, i filled out the paperwork and supposedly the shoes was shipped Dec. 12th. However, i called to get the tracking number and FEDEX stated it was still at the store. I called the store where the shoe was being shipped and they kept giving me the run around, wouldnt let me speak to a manager or anything, I called the store everyday until I spoke with a manger, finally spoke to Chris he stated he would call around and find the shoe. Well apparently not, i called them back today and now they state they dont have the shoe. I said i need my money back. I had to call the other store and he stated he couldnt find my info, after 30mins on hold he states that he will process my refund. So let's see what happens come Friday.

I ordered some shoes from Steve madden UK in October and they were delivered relatively promptly. They didn't fit so I returned them in original packaging to address on website at my own cost (even though on website they say returns are free and each order would have returns slip which it didn't). 2 months later and no refund even after emailing customer services. Will now have to open a PayPal dispute which is a lot of hassle. Order #STEV*******. Wish I had read reviews before ordering.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my son for Christmas (Zerodays Black) on 11/11/21. They charged my credit card immediately. Got an email confirmation stating they would ship by 11/15. Next day got another email stating it's a "preorder" so shipping is expected on 12/9. Heard nothing afterwards. The middle of Dec I began an online chat with "Stevie" and was told due to the pandemic…blah, blah, blah. She offered me a 15% discount. On Dec. 20th, via online chat, I cancelled the order because I got another email saying the shoes wouldn't ship until March, 2022. Got confirmation that my order was cancelled and was told the charge would be credited back within 3 to 5 days. 14 days later - still no credit. Filed a dispute with my credit card company today. Seems to me that this company pockets a lot of money without sending out product. Shady practices. Will never order nor buy Steve Madden products again.

Honestly there should be 0 star, anyway, Always delay my order, but for influencers, they give that order right away! I ordered mine 2 months ago and i obviously understood about pre order because it says it will get shipped by that day but then few weeks later the order info doesn't update and always bugs out, i contacted customer service and totally useless, takes so long to respond, and next thing i know my order is pushed back, and now they're telling me i have to wait for another 2 months! This was my first time shopping with you online and my experience was horrible. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from steve madden. The first pair I received was the completely wrong pair of shoes and then they shipped me the wrong size for a different pair of shoes. I've paid for my order and it's fully charged to my card and was supposed to be delivered on decc16, which never was delivered! The mext day the status went from having this date as a due date to pending status. There is now no sign of the shoes anywhere. Steve Madden is not responding back to me so I have contacted someone from the delivery company who was supposed to deliver them and they stated that Steve Madden Company has created a tracking number but has not given the product to them to be able to deliver to me! I finally got a hold of someone at Steve Madden and they stated that it will be here by December 23 but there are no guarantees. Again today the 20th of December I contacted the delivery company and they said they still have not received anything from the Steve Madden company… This is bull! My item was a Christmas gif! I feel like I could have had better puck taking my chances on a third party merchant!

I WISH I would have read the reviews prior to making purchases. My first purchase from SM was a pair of boots that I never received. Label was made but never shipped. Customer service wanted to advise they did until I informed them I spoke with FedEx prior to calling. Fedex stated they never received a package ONLY label was made. But I didn't stop there, I made another order, Northborough and a crossbody. I received the boots not the size I ordered and the crossbody still hasn't been received. I was suppose to receive on 12/14. It's now 12/16 and I'm being told I have to wait 7-10 be to file a list package claim. Needless to say I ordered on 11/27. My items were ordered for a new years trip in advance. I truly wished I'd read the reviews and food business elsewhere.

I ordered on 11/29 it is now 12/14 and I still don't have any of my items. The website says 5-7 business days but that is so not the case. I talked to the customer support team once and they basically told me to keep waiting. One of the items didn't even ship until 12/10, but they created the label on 12/1 so CS told me to shut up and keep waiting.

Answer: Mine has taken 20 days and when I go into track it, it says "still processing"
Answer: It's a legit company, but they are very unorganized and don't hire appropriate associates to deal with any customer issues/complaints. I would do extensive research before ordering online. Their in store service is moderate.
Answer: It used to take less than a week from ordering to get your shoes. As of late, their warehouse coffeemaker must be broken or their staff are underpaid and miserable because, the orders aren't being shipped. Order from Steve Madden if a) you appreciate the element of surprise: will your shoes arrive? Will they be the size you ordered?; or b) considering ordering a style you anticipate preferring a year or so from now, or maybe never.
