Do not buy Steve Madden wallets, purses etc. The material they use is cheap cheap cheap. When I tried to contact the customer service department, I got the run around when I showed them what was happening to a never used wallet. See photos and note this has NEVER been used. They did not stand behind their product and sent me in a million different directions. Pls save yourself time and aggravation. Do not deal with customer service and the only way to do that is by not buying their cheap stuff.
I am never shopping here again. I've given them two tries over the course of the last 4 months. Each time, I ordered a pair of shoes and waited over a month before I was informed that the shoe was out of stock and my order was cancelled. The first time, I could understand, the product was out of stock before I placed my order, and my charge was removed from my credit card. In the second instance, I place my order in the beginning of June, was informed in the beginning of July that my order (for the exact same pair of shoes) was cancelled due to it being out of stock and that I was never charged. I reached out to customer service inquiring about the charge that still remains on my credit card balance, and received a generic automated response denying that I was ever charged. They need to manage their online site such that this isn't a regular occurrence, and not make their customers wait over a month before receiving a cancellation.
After a 55 minute hold, I Finally got in touch with a representative to inquire about a mask ordered over a month ago. They tell me my item has not been shipped and it is "unfulfillable." What does that mean? I will be calling my credit card company to report this as a fraudulent transaction and I will NEVER order any other merchandise from Steve Madden. This company is not going to survive with service of such poor quality.

They take your order charge your card and after two weeks they send an email saying they are out of stock. When u call their customer service it's even worse, the staff are rude and unprofessional. Never mind the hold time is forever. How the heck are these people are stil in business. Idiots
I ordered a pair of sandals on 06/03 and they still have not even been shipped. I have tried to get in touch with this company for weeks now with no response. I have tried to call, email, and use their chat box on their website with no response. I really like their products from the store but I am extremely disappointed with their online customer service. Do not order from their website!
MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! There is absolutely no customer support at Steve Madden! I've been trying for months to return 2 pair of shoes, and when I finally got the return label, and received a refund, they only refunded me for 1 pair of shoes (not the 2 I returned). I've emailed them twice, and called numerous times. Both methods have gotten unanswered. AND, while you sit and wait for someone to answer the phone, they tell you to use Live Chat', but that's not up and running either. It's so incredibly frustrating. I guess I'll have to take this up with my credit card company. CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURE! 0 stars!

I ordered a gift for a friend in the beginning of June (June 1st) thinking it would be shipped and at my house by the end of June. WRONG. My sister ordered 5 days after me and received her items right away.
Whats the hold up? I understand they could be a bit backed up but there is no reason why my items couldn't have been shipped already. They told me its in stock. I also ordered face masks without knowing they are special order which they don't have that on their website. I've emailed and called and all they can say is they are doing their best. Great. I'm glad you guys are doing you're best, but clearly you're best sucks. So annoyed that I can't even cancel my order since it won't be here in time. Thanks steve madden. Never ordering again!

I placed an order over a month ago! Did not receive my order and no contact what so ever from company informing me they were in search of my size lol why would you let me choose my size when ordering and then after a month say you dont have them available?

I am absolutely shocked by the horrible customer service from Steve Madden. They advertise all over the site the free returns and so on yet no one ever emails you back and answers their phone line.
I ordered two pairs of shoes, 1 pair of sandals, and 1 pair of heels. When I went to checkout I typed my new address then when I got the order confirmation and saw the charge on my account it defaulted back to my old address. I went in to edit it and it said this wasn't possible. SEVERAL days later I finally got an email back saying the only way to change the address it for them to cancel it and me to reorder and I will receive my money back into my account within a few days, annoying but whatever. When I went to go reorder, I clicked the reorder button and changed the address to my new one and placed the order, again being charged without the previous refund even hitting my account yet. I later notice that when I hit reorder they no longer had my size in the heels and it just defaulted to a size up without notifying me. I was so sick on trying to get a hold of them that I just didn't care and was going to accept the size up for the heels. Several days later half the order arrives the sandals and they sent me the wrong size in that as well, A SIZE DOWN! So, of course, they do not fit. I have emailed them literally 5-6 times over the last 2 weeks with ZERO emails back. When I try to generate a return label on their site it just says there is a system error and redirected me to their home page. So now I am waiting around for anyone to email me back about that. On top of that! Now I receive an email saying the heels they randomly chose a size for me are no longer in stock and that I will be issued a partial refund... It is almost comical if I hadn't been waiting on part of this order to give a friend for her birthday that has now passed... What an absolute joke of a company. Clearly zero training in any customer service... do yourself a favor and order from anywhere else, it is not worth the headache here.

I can't get in touch with ANYONE at this company. I've paid for my order and it's fully charged to my credit card but no sign of the shoes anywhere. Are they even planning to ship it at this point? Ridiculous.
Site took forever to message me back about the order. Only got 1 of 4 pairs so far, and 1 of them was ordered and my card was charged then they told me it sold out. This was way later.
Then I messaged asking where the rest were and I had to send multiple emails asking where they were, still waiting for a response.

I placed an order on ******* which is a Saturday and i understood that it would be processed on a Monday, as of today my bank account is saying that my transaction is still pending, I know that I placed this order because I setup an account with them, I went back to check my order history and it said no transactions have been made, but my account is saying that payment is pending. I've tried contacting them through email, calling and no one is trying to help me. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER, and like I told the lady either yall gone send me my shoes or cancel my order or else I'm taking it to the next level with my lawyer. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Steven Madden customer service contacted me on here and I was finally able to talk to them about my order. They stated that Canada Post was the reason for the delay because they are taking limited orders for delivery. However, I just got an email (June 11,2020) stating that they do not have the shoes that I ordered in stock! And in that email Steve Madden said that they were refunding my credit card for the purchase and then another email was sent a couple minutes later from Steve Madden stating that my card was never charged... We will see how this goes and if I actually get my refund. Worst experience ever and still won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered a pair of sandals on May 25th, 2020 and my order still hasn't shipped. I emailed twice, with no response from Steve Madden customer service. I tried to see if it was possible to pickup in a store as I understand with COVID there can be shipping delays, but again got no response. I tried to cancel the order online with no luck. I then called Steve Madden and asked to cancel my order but the customer service representative told me they could not cancel my order as the item is in the warehouse and should be shipping the next day. Well... it is now 3 days later and my order STILL hasn't shipped. I'm very disappointed in Steve Madden's customer service! The fact that they can just not answer their emails (when their website says they will reply within 6 hours), then prevent you from cancelling your order even though it hasn't even been fulfilled, and then provide no information to their customers on what is happening with their order or when to expect a shipment. If I had been told before my order what to expect I would be completely fine but after reading other reviews I see I'm not the only one to experience this and some had to wait a month or more to get their orders. I don't think I will ever order from Steve Madden again!
I ordered a pair of shoes off the Steve Madden website over a month ago and have never received the shoes. They never shipped and my order still only reads "confirmed." I ordered a pair of sandals well over a month ago. Imagine my surprise when I finally get a PARTIAL shipment that the sandals inside are not only completely the wrong style they are a size 5.5 and I'm a size 8. Upon receipt I immediately emailed the company pictures, my order number and complaint. No response. Emailed again, twice. Called multiple times. Utilized their chat option online, no response. Don't waist your time or money unless you want to be completely disappointed. Oh and still no word on the rest of my order.

I ordered some sneakers on May 25,2020 and I have not received a tracking number for my order or anything. The order status says paid but the order hasn't been fulfilled. I reached out via email and I haven't received a response. I even DM'd them on Instagram... NOTHING! Either refund me my money or send my shoes. Never Again!

I love Steve's styles but I've had MULTIPLE PAIRS fall apart and boy did I write a very passionate letter sent with their shoes returned and they sent me the shoes back with human feces in them!

Answer: It's a legit company, but they are very unorganized and don't hire appropriate associates to deal with any customer issues/complaints. I would do extensive research before ordering online. Their in store service is moderate.
Answer: It used to take less than a week from ordering to get your shoes. As of late, their warehouse coffeemaker must be broken or their staff are underpaid and miserable because, the orders aren't being shipped. Order from Steve Madden if a) you appreciate the element of surprise: will your shoes arrive? Will they be the size you ordered?; or b) considering ordering a style you anticipate preferring a year or so from now, or maybe never.
