I inadvertently renewed my registration before the emissions test had been completed. The Support staff kept in continuous email communication with me as I sat waiting for the test to be completed and transmitted.
I renewed my registration a month early, and still hadn't received my renewed registration. I contacted support to figure out what went wrong and where my registration was. Support got back to me within minutes and was already in the process of contacting the BMV on my behalf. Within 30 minutes I had all of my questions answered, my issue resolved, as well as a letter of extension to keep with me just in case my registration was still late. I appreciate the service very much.
After accidently purchasing a registration I no longer needed a team member from this department did everything in their power to make sure this situation was handled and taken care of in a timely matter!

Online auto registration, at first, realized I made an error and left the site, not paying attention and did enter my credit card number. Thought it was strange, that at the end there was no notation of the transaction. Left the site and came back in and realized I made a mistake, the first time. And went through the whole process again, did not take long, and success when I saw the transaction number and then received an a mail to confirm the transaction. Had faith in the system that it would pick the first transaction up and notify me as incomplete, and it did, and was notified that I will receive a return of the funds charged to my credit card, on the first mistake. Only took a couple of days to complete the process.
Trying to get a copy of registration is impossible. The government site is aweful and sends you in loops with how to fill it out. But actually doing it is the worst experience ever! These guys helped me with where my copy was. And even told me I have a valid registration. Pendot just never sent it! So I am still the DMV trying to get it. And I will never deal with gov again
So nice to be able to sit at the PC and register the cars. Beats standing in line for sure. You guys do a good job.
As soon as I needed help with a problem or I had a question about it, the customer service here assisted me in understanding the situation and making sure I felt secure and knew that they were looking out for me. It was instantaneous, as well. Very nice and very responsive staff!
I had re registered one of our vehicles before expiration. I could not cancel it; however pa registration credited back my payment as a curtasay. All connnunicatikn via text was prompt, clear, and professionally handles with kindness.

The agent made it looks so easy, showed he/she really wanted to help and at the end made me check the address that I gave so I don't go through the same wrong mailing address problem.
Last year my Sticker was mailed to the wrong address that I forgot to change and I forgot to change again this year, but last year I did not receive any help and had to go to the registration office. I have a busy schedule and work really far from the Registration office.
One thing though, I could not tell who I was talking to and that confused me when addressing them. Didn't know "Sir" or "Ma'am".
My vehicle was involved in a traffic incident in late January, and was in the shop through early March. My license plate expired right in the middle of February, and I was unable to get the requisite State inspection to renew my license plate before it did, so I was assessed a late fee by the State. After renewing my plate online, and paying the requisite late fee, as well as the Transaction Fee, I sent them an email requesting a refund of the late fee, since the vehicle was not in my possession during the time when I would have needed to obtain an inspection in order to renew my plate. These fine folks quickly wrote back to my emailed inquiry, explained that while they were just the Transaction Processor for my State's DOT and that they could therefore not refund my late fee... however they had taken the liberty of refunding my transaction fee associated with the whole thing as a courtesy; a very similar amount to the late fee. Their representatives were courteous and cordial throughout. I never thought I'd be writing a recommendation for any sort of interaction with a State or state agent, but these folks made me a believer! :)
I have to admit, I thought I was being scammed because of this "3rd-party" solution to a problem I could've taken care of on the County Tax Assessor Website, and would've done so but I was slightly 'misdirected', IMHO.
It's all done! Other than the $16 surcharge, I'm completely satisfied with the results. If this is the way you must go, No worries, it is legit.

They are truthful in the services they provide. Through my skepticism upon learning I chose wrong site I contacted the tax office, my registration was processed and is on its way to me. I contacted the premium customer service they provide and though phone support was not available email was responded to very quickly and we reached a suitable solution. Though this site is not for me it certainly might prove useful to someone else.
I didn't need automatic renewal and requested a refund of the fees associated with it. They replied within minutes to say they had issued a credit back to my card. Very, very unusual to get a response like that.
I asked for a breakdown of the charges because I thought I was overcharged. It turns out there is a new law in Texas. The inspection fee is collected at the time of registration now. This was explained to me by customer service. They have been most helpful and their responses have been very quick.
