After not receiving my registration renewal, I became a bit panicked about being pulled over and receiving a citation. I reached out to StateRegistration.org via their support page. Not only did I receive a very quick response, but immediate remediation as well! I received an extension for my tags, and an explanation for an error that occurred sending to a different address. Everything was handled in under an hour, and there is no harm, no foul! Gotta love when it works out like that!

I had lost my registration card and needed to replace it. I went on this site to try and renew on line. Unfortunately I had no clue where to find the title number for my car. I thought I had found it on the papers I received when I purchased the car, however I was wrong. When I was notified that the number did not match any car in PA, I replied more out of frustration and merely venting... NEVER expecting anyone to answer. But they did and they were extremely helpful! I was able to locate my title number for my car and I was able to obtain a form to fill out and mail to get a replacement. I am very grateful for all their help! :)
I ordered my new yearly auto registration but after 3 weeks had still not received it. I emailed State Registration about it and received a prompt reply - Support (who remained nameless so I can't thank them individually) contacted my local auto registration site, sent me a replacement (which arrived promptly), emailed me a letter to keep in my wallet if I was stopped in the meantime, and was friendly and thorough.
Was I surprised? Heck, yes.

Simply amazing service! I renewed, but they came back and notified that my address was different to what BMV had on file (all done on a Saturday afternoon).
Without prompting or me having to ask, they said they would get hold of BMV on Monday morning to help me get it changed. Its Monday morning and I received confirmation its been changed and renewal being processed by the BMV.

Was stopped by the police for non-registered pickup. Registration certificate said vehicle was registered through 11/18.? Was told not to drive it as RMV computer said no registration.
