Working through text with stateregistration.org has been a very helpful and stress free experience. Registration renewal on a 1yr old car was a bit different as I didn't think of inspection requirement. I was emailed and text the issue. Received an immediate response to my question and help with the delay.

Had made a mistake on my online registration form I was emailed about it the corrections were made and all done great experience was not difficult at all highly pleased
I never received my updated registration stickers after renewing online (which was also a very easy/pleasant process) and contacted customer service via email. They got back to me immediately and were extremely helpful. They contacted the BMV and within minutes I received confirmation, notification that new stickers would be sent shortly, and a registration extension document to use if needed while I awaited my stickers. The entire process (me reaching out to them, them getting back to me, them contacting the BMV, and the BMV contacting me) was so seamless and took only 15 minutes. I am used to the DMV in California and New York and have to say this is one of multiple experiences I've had with the Ohio BMV and state registration that has been very pleasant and easy. Keep up the good work!

I truly appreciate the great and fast customer service I received today when renewing my registration. I made an error when I was filling it out online and submitted my concern when I realized. After renewal, my sticker was misdelivered at the postal service and after many helpless attempts to track down and reprocess my sticker with the DMV, postal service, and county tax office - StateRegistration.org was able to contact the departments, confirm my reprocessing and provide me an update on timeline to delivery... all while offering support in any cost reimbursements do to the incident and excellent service - what a relief!

I have to say, I never appreciated text as much as today. I had to renew my car tags, and I'm also a busy Realtor. I didn't realize I needed an emissions test, so I submitted my renewal to the online WA car registration site. Since it was missing the emissions test it was rejected. However, instead of US Mail and a long drawn-out process, I got a text reply about it, from a very friendly, professional who turned out to be human. We resolved everything with a couple of texts. WOW! Texting DMV and getting it done online, both great ways to communicate with customers. I don't know the person's name, but my Human did a great job of quick and efficicent service, which is all a customer wants. Very satisfied WA resident today.
Unlike most support services that try to give you a run-around and result in 4 or 5 messages to get a simple answer, My experience was the exact opposite. In just 1 reply from them, I recieved not only the answer to my original question, but extra information that made it to where I didn't even have any follow-up questions afterwards. Good job, guys.

I had a issue with renewing plates and I emailed and was helped with Amazing customer service. Being a single mother of 4 money is hard to come by and the customer service really took great care of helping me.
I had to review my car, and pay taxes and get the emissions and then take care of a ticket, because we didn't know it had expired... but anyhow none of that was really what I wanted to do... but luckily the new service was so easy and so helpful! Finally the DMV is enjoyable and easy process. With great people to help! Thank you!

I had thought that I was sort tricked into something online that I did not really want to do i. E. using a third party agency for my Texas License Renewal. And I guess I was... It annoyed me when I read that I had to pay over $16 for something that I can normally do at HEB for $1.
Anyway, I was stuck; but then I was pleasantly surprised when the other end responded almost immediately to any questions I had. So, yes, you are doing a good job.
But I do want to know this: are all those line items for extra fees voluntary or are they compulsory?
