I had hoped that the clothing Stately selected for me would be different (and better) than what I pick for myself when I shop for clothing. I tend to migrate to the same colors and styles. Stately has introduced clothing I would probably not have selected for myself but absolutely love. My wife, my children, my friends have all commented on my new look. Keep the great styles coming!
Please do not ask for a review of my experience with your company 10 days after I have paid over $340 for a box and haven't even been shipped anything.

I wear dress pants and a dress shirt 6 days a week. I thought I would try something different. Wrinkly shirts, tight fit, sleeves that aren't long enough. I guess that is why I pick out my own clothes. I will say, and I was open to wearing something different and I got that.

I wrote a terrible review recently on my first 3 boxes which were all returns because nothing fit my style profile and most evwrything didnt fit. Stately reached out to "make it right" after I canceled. The 4th box was hands down the worst. I said I needed professional work clothes that were not trendy or flashy and I live in a hot area so need thin clothes. Every item was casual, flannel level thick and hipster. They literally included a fleece. With the feedback of thin, professional work clothes only... they included a fleece. What a joke. Dont waste your time or money. Your profile will not be read. Never again. Im having to donate all my items.

I'm mostly happy with the clothes I get, and they fit great. Some items are exactly what I notified them NOT to send me, like solid white tops. I also did not like the shoes, so I eliminated them from my account. I also wish the website had more infor.ation, like package tracking

I am a federal employee living abroad. The company has no qualifiers about shipping to foreign service addresses. I have paid for, but not received three months worth of service and merchandise.

Liked the apparel very much for the looks I have ordered. It's 100% worth the money. The shoe that has come with the order itself is worth 120$. I'm super happy with what I have got.
Only problem with stately is they add the same apparels/belts/shoes/cap/watches to new looks and that makes it difficult to choose since we already will be having those. If we go for stylist curated ones, we may get the apparels with same color what we already have.

I finally provided feedback for my profile and my package was actually worse than when I didn't. However, the customer service is really good which takes some of the sting out of it. In the process of a return which I hope will hit the mark.

The styles and fits offered are very definitely skewed to West Coast/LA palate. I am not sure they even understand the average American.

My order had corduroys and a plain white button down shirt. The rest of the order included the third pair of khaki pants I've gotten and dress boots which are not my style. I have repeatedly provided feedback about what I like to no avail. I don't think the "stylists" even look at the feedback customers provide.

The clothing is to casual and the textures of the fabrics are not in line with the profile.
